It's time to dilute the work of marketers with a real review.
A beautiful new building, and the concept and mission of the school are attractively decorated in social media accounts.networks and that's it.
In real life, there is no one to deal with the development of talents and the disclosure of individuality. It is a pity that our family found out about this 1.5 years later and in a completely unacceptable format.
At school, underage students are forced to sign written incident reports and teacher complaints about them without the presence of parents or guardians. If the child does not agree with the claim and refuses to sign, he is pressured and manipulated. Further, the school administration, represented by primary education methodologist Badalova Gulnoza and director Baitukov Arsen, uses these papers as a basis for suspending children from the educational process or expelling them from school. Academic performance and friendliness of the child are not the key to his successful stay in the institution.
The child was expelled in December, right before the New Year holidays, by sending an email! referring to non-essential points of the organization's disciplinary policy. The points of violation of discipline in our case (collected in papers signed by the child): distraction during the lesson and mobility, unfinished homework. The real reason for the exclusion is the personal dislike of the class teacher 4A Djuraeva Dilafruz, who sacrificed pedagogical and humane postulates for the sake of her convenience. The comfort of the teacher for the school turned out to be more important than the slogan growing personality outside the box.
I am afraid for the psychological state of the children remaining in the class, because now they are under pressure, leading to the exclusion of the child as a warning "if you get distracted, you will be kicked out of school." By this manipulation, the teacher achieves discipline, instead of looking for and using methods to involve children in educational processes. Students are afraid to ask a question, do not make requests, so as not to fall out of favor with the teacher.
At the same time, a child psychologist Dinara Fayzieva works at the school, who acts in the interests of the administration and the pedagogical staff – convinces parents and children that their behavior is unacceptable, that something is wrong with them, perhaps "it is necessary to be treated with medication." The psychologist voiced these "diagnoses" not only to me, but also to other elementary school parents. Ms. Fayzieva did not have a conversation mitigating the trauma of exclusion, which makes it clear that her professional value for children.
The child now goes to a real psychologist to relieve anxiety, guilt complex and outcast status.
I thank all those involved in this event for a very valuable experience.
Not all that glitters is gold! Not everyone is able to fulfill the advertised concepts.
