We ordered an air conditioner. There are no questions, we have issued, arrived, installed. They said to serve it every year. After a year, I called the store. To which the answer was received that they do not do something and that you need to contact another company that does this. And so they did. But the sediment remained very thick. They called the store again. We tried to find the number of the installer who supplied us with the air conditioner. After a little swearing, they still found the installer's phone for us in 5 minutes (although they claimed before that they would not be able to find it in any way). After talking with the installer, it turned out that, quote: "they don't really want to do THAT." After figuring out the whole situation, it turned out that after another master gave us the installer's warranty burns out. It turns out that the sellers themselves advise taking another company in order for the garntia to burn down. Also, another of the schemes is:
By law, a maintenance report card must be issued, according to which it is necessary to call and order SOMETHING every year. But there was no takbel. And if it lasts more than a year, then the entire warranty burns out. The verdict is that this office is very tricky. They do everything supposedly according to the law, but initially they don't explain anything, they say, look for all the information yourself and if you're lucky, we'll do something for you. I do not recommend the company at all!!!

I decided to buy an air conditioner in this store , immediately paid for the order on the spot and discussed the installation, told everything in great detail how and under what conditions the installation takes place, told in detail about the air conditioner itself, issued a warranty. A very good installation specialist (Denis) arrived on the date we chose and did all the work very carefully and quickly. I was satisfied with the quality of the work done 10/10.

Excellent choice and service, a few years ago I ordered a TV for myself, it turned out to be much cheaper than others. Later, for this reason, I ordered a TV for my parents, I did not have such a model, they helped me choose a more recent model with a magic remote for the same price, which other sellers did not have anywhere near for this money (of course, no questions). I recently bought an air conditioner, the manager helped me figure it out and choose exactly the one that would ideally suit my needs and area. There are no complaints about the installation, it was installed the next day, as they say, without dust and dirt!))
