Good afternoon! This is the second time I have come across the Flowers company. The first time was a very pleasant courier and the delivery was excellent. Yesterday I was expecting a birthday present that a loved one ordered. And instead of a festive mood, Flowers brought with them frustration and hassle. First, the courier called and invited me to go out to the road, because "he won't carry much either." And to go out to the road is to go down, go outside and cross another building. Also after we decided. that I can't take it anywhere alone either, I was offered to take one of my colleagues to help(!). I refused. Then at the reception they told me how he walked and dropped flowers alternately, then a toy on the floor. He came into my office talking on the phone, and I stood and waited for him to finish. Then he gave me everything. There were cakes in the order - the cheapest that can only be found in the store and at SUCH prices, and the cakes did not match the order. I refused the cakes and they promised to change them. After that, I was not contacted, I called myself and asked when the courier would arrive. By the end of the day, a courier arrived with the same cheap cakes, but at least by order. It didn't work out with the toy again and we have already decided to postpone it to tomorrow. The next day, no one contacted me, I had to call myself and clarify what would happen and when, they promise by the END of the day! In general, I can't recommend such deliveries to anyone, such a low level of service for a lot of money. Ruined everyone's birthday. Marina
