I ordered RAM in this store. The next day, the store manager contacted me, specifying the delivery time and payment method (indicated a cashless payment). The dispatcher warned me that a courier would contact me before delivery. The most important point was the delivery before 15-00, which I warned about. As a result: the delivery was scheduled from 19-00 to 23-00 (we arrived at the latest time), which is why we had to cancel all our plans and wait for delivery. The courier contacted me half an hour before arrival, the first phrase of the employee of this service was "Hello, payment is in cash only, I have a terminal, if there is no cash, expect delivery only tomorrow, or withdraw money from the nearest ATM (dialogue time 22-00). I can't name a specific delivery time, because the workload is very high."
The service leaves much to be desired, considering that the delivery was paid. I waited for delivery all day, canceling my plans, I am absolutely dissatisfied with the position "we will deliver, but look for cash wherever you want (at night), otherwise we will deliver it in another day", and in general I very much doubt that the terminal was inoperable. I do not recommend ordering here.

I was pressed for time (I was going to give the rug as a birthday gift , but I still agreed to pick it up after 5 days. On the day when he was supposed to pick up, they called and said that the delivery was postponed for another 5 days. They answer on the phone that they can't do anything, really it's my problem. At the moment, I'm waiting for Wednesday to pick up the rug, which, apparently, I will use myself. Laughter and that's all!

I bought a PC power supply in this store, which after 2 weeks began to rumble like a working drill. From the other end of the city, I took this low-quality product to their warranty department. By the way, I did not find it right away, since their warranty department is a dark utility room in a building similar to an abandoned car wash, without any identification marks. After waiting for about 20 minutes in a queue of one person, he handed over his block, described the symptoms of the marriage, and signed the booklet. They told me to wait a couple of days for the power supply to be checked. A week later, they sent an SMS notification that the malfunction had not been detected. How and how the verification was carried out is a mystery shrouded in darkness (literally). The store refused to provide any information about the inspection (conditions, hardware, duration, what kind of load was given, noise levels, etc.). To find out more, he asked to contact the employee who conducted the inspection. The contacts of the person who carried out the "check", as well as the contacts of the store director or the responsible person, the store also refused to provide.
It's scary to imagine how many such defective goods they have sold and will sell again, apparently their scheme is fine-tuned.
The timing of the check is a separate story. The power supply unit removed from the PC means that work stops until it is inserted back in. I couldn't afford to take out the block for a week, of course, because I promptly purchased another cheaper block in another store to replace it, with full confidence that the money would still be returned to me.
It turned out that their warranty department does not guarantee anything, except that the money for the defective product is guaranteed not to be returned.
The power supply unit by the way is Super Flower Leadex V Gold Pro Black 1000W SF-1000F14TG v2.0 (be careful also when choosing this manufacturer, they have a warranty only on paper).

A great store with a large assortment. The pick-up point is certainly so-so, but their prices are among the lowest. The guys are always exhausted and tired, but they try to be polite.
Their warranty, especially for PC components, is usually longer than the rest.
4 stars for the warranty deposit. I handed over the power supply, which could not be returned for a month, but in the end they gave me a new one (did they lose the old one?).
The creative canvas next to the entrance is always pleasing (see photo).

I give a rating of 3 stars because of the last order: I ordered an external hard drive, the manager came to pick it up at the pick-up point, judging by the feelings, he was not happy with customers at all, he also gave the previous few orders, and the same mood was. At my request, he checked the disk, he replied that there was nowhere to check it, I asked why it was impossible to check on computers, he replied that these were workers, there was no exhibition stand. Before that, I bought similar products and other managers had no problems, but checked on the same work computers everything was in order, but apparently this manager does not want to just do this. And the website clearly states: That you check the performance and appearance upon receipt, because after the sale it will be difficult to solve all the issues, and then how to check if you are denied this? The desire to pick up disappeared altogether, but come on, I checked on the phone, fortunately I had a cable with me. Please pay attention to this person, because he discourages all desire to acquire anything.
