The department itself is average. It was closed for repairs this summer, but nothing has changed after the opening. I would like a new normal chair for blood collection, as there are in other departments. In general, I have been visiting this department for 5 years, there is not much choice, I have encountered such unpleasant moments during this time:
1. I came with the tests prescribed by the doctor, handing over the list. The administrator has generated an incorrect order, the analysis is not the right one. After a long showdown, only a discount was provided for the necessary analysis, although logically they should have redone it for free.
2. For some reason, they don't always give me a coupon for coffee, although they give it to other people. Perhaps now I will ask about the coupon.
3. Not all nurses know how to draw blood from a vein! I once sat in line for 40 minutes, although there was one person in front of me, and another was in the office. Once in the office, everything became clear, the nurse wanted to take blood FROM the BRUSH. I couldn't get into a vein like everyone else, I pricked all my hands, but I didn't give you a brush! It is worth noting that there were no problems with other nurses, everything was neat. I really like one nurse there, polite, short, I got to her more than once for various tests, she always does everything carefully, is interested in how she feels.
4. Children are out of turn. Everyone is rushing to work in the morning, the order must be observed. Make a separate office for children with a separate employee, let them go there without queues.
5. If a patient comes and informs you that the insurance company has sent a letter, but you do not find it, please perform an analysis, contact the representatives yourself, without driving the client back and forth, forcing the queue to stand again. It's worth revisiting this point. In medical centers, fortunately, in such cases they were accepted, giving the opportunity to contact the insurance company for a new letter at least after admission.
In general, you can visit, but carefully. It is worth comparing prices with other networks if you pay yourself. I have already come across that the prices here are much higher.

Terrible service and attitude, at 7 am there are already 10 people, and the administrator accepting documents is only 1. At the same time, he was rude and obviously not happy with something) At 7.12 I was still recording the second visitor. This is not the first case, although people are not cheap for work and tests, by the way, the main competitors do not have such an attitude and everything is fast (perhaps not in all centers, but where I was it is so).
In general, my family and I are no longer served here!

Сдавала тут анализы 2 раза - понравилось, что все было быстро и оперативно - я пришла, сотрудники подсказали что и как, в очереди на сдачу самих анализов долго сидеть не пришлось, а результаты на почту приходили в срок. В общем, вежливо, чисто и быстро! + дают бесплатный стаканчик кофе без кофеина)

Сама по себе Лаборатория как и все остальные. Девочки кто на кассе, пытаются все делать по инструкции, но в какой-то момент, у них( все начинает, идти как всегда).(нецензурное слово)
Я промолчу про их мысли, что мне сдавать и как мне сдавать, в анализах.
Но при этом, их медсестра взяла кровь быстро и не больно.
Удивило другое, когда сдавал кровь.
В одно помещение, запускают по несколько человек, прямо конвейер по взятию анализа.
Сдать анализ мочи, оказывается можно только в их тару, в другой они отказывались принимать, ссылаясь на снятие гарантии по исследованию.
Мне интересно, как и в чем, эта гарантия подкреплена и как вообще, можно убедиться в гарантии в качестве проведённого исследования мочи?

Ужасное обслуживание администратора Надежды Дадуринской. Закрывают оплату не оплатив анализы, потом высказывают недовольство, будто это проблемы клиента. На ресепшене обсуждает клиентов после их ухода.

Топовые ребята, при отсутствии у многих реагентов для анализов с этими проблем не возникло и сроки исполнения радуют. Один минус, не довели до ума онлайн заявки, приходится тратить время непосредственно на месте, но может это и не минус учитывая тот факт, что на месте тебе дают профессиональные советы и консультацию

Всегда обращалась для сдачи анализов на Кижеватова 7/2. Вопросов и нареканий никогда не было. Но...после смены мед.персонала на стойке регистрации стал какой-то ужас....
На конуне хотели сдать анализ в 17 часов было мед.персоналом отвечено что забор анализов только с 7 до 14. Объяснили какая у нас ситуация и какой надо сдать анализ, при этом был ответ с 7 до 14 приходите все остальное не в нашем филиале. Ладно.... пришли к 7 утра в другой день и оказалась что паспорт обязательная процедура, хотя девушка об этом даже не упомянула.
