This is not the first time I have used the services of this laboratory, and they are always friendly professionals in their field! The receptionists at the reception answer any of my questions in detail, for which I would like to thank you, because as a person who is far from medicine, it can be difficult for me to understand all the nuances of the prescribed tests.
As a last resort, nurse Olga Sarakach took blood from a vein. I would like to express my gratitude for such a reverent attitude, everything was completely painless!!
I recommend this office to everyone.

I passed the tests for biochemistry and some hormones, the reception is not very convenient, people are standing in one small corridor. Very inconvenient! no isolation, everyone knows what tests you're taking. After the tests were completed , a reply was sent to the mail at 2 o'clock , the response was incomplete , only a clerical blood test , without hormones and biochemistry . I had to find out where the rest of the tests were, phone calls to the call center... waiting until the evening. In the evening, another analysis file arrived . Without a call and clarification , the rest of the tests would not have been sent . Since in the contract all the purchased items were under one INZ and had to be sent in one single document . I don't recommend it, it's not a convenient laboratory.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I just wanted to:
I came to take tests (I was worried about some health problems and before coming to the doctor I had to get basic tests)
Not only is the reception shared and there are people next to it who listen to what you came here for (and I came not just to check, but with a problem) and what bothers you, so I I sat in the queue for 50 minutes (there were 5 people in front of me) to hear that without a doctor's appointment, they do not know what I can take, that the tests are prescribed by the doctor (and for a minute, make an appointment with the doctor, get a referral, take tests, Wait for the result, and then get a repeat appointment, i.e. treatment will be only in a week)
With my question, it was necessary to take a general urine culture, but I was told that it would take a week
Well, it's like this, I came here only because it's close to home, but I'm disappointed

Appeal to the management!
Train your "employees" to work with clients and make payments!!! My son passed a biochemical analysis this morning. Not only did he stand in line for 40 minutes, but he was not paid by Halva installment card!!! Twice! He warned that he was paying for Halva, but the girl said that the card was blocked. It's good that he had other cards and paid with other means, but it was necessary to pay for Halva! I contacted the bank and was told "The payment failed because the terminal was incorrectly configured: to pay with a debit card, not an installment card."
Blood was also taken from a vein in an ugly, painful way! I ask you to organize the normal work of the laboratory! Train your employees to make payments using installment cards! And organize the reception of visitors so as not to create such queues. You can also stand in line at the clinic, for free. And the blood will be taken carefully, painlessly.

When I took the PCR test, the specialist noticed that I had visual problems and advised me to definitely go to a good doctor. Thanks to her, I really had a problem that required serious intervention and treatment. They looked at it in the clinic, they didn't really treat it... 😞

I have been a client of various private laboratories, but this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude: a laboratory assistant does not know how to communicate politely with a client at all. I had a feeling that I was in a state polyclinic, and not in a private laboratory, where the courtesy of the staff should be one of the main principles of work. I would like to note that the client does not expect the staff to babble, politeness is primarily about respect.
Also, when checking in at the reception, I asked if the discount promo code was valid. The receptionist said that she was acting, and calculated how much the discount was. However, at home I noticed that the cost had not been changed, and the payment was made in full without taking into account the discount, which also left an unpleasant aftertaste.

I really like the laboratory at Yesenin 36. The staff is polite and correct. I would especially like to mention Anna Berestova. When I see that she will take blood, I am calm))) It's fast and it doesn't hurt at all. The administrators are great too. There is an elderly receptionist with glasses on her head, who makes out incredibly slowly!! And it's not the first time she hears what you say to her, she has to yell at the whole queue, which she collects even when there are few customers. No matter what time you come, even 3 people - an hour service. For some reason, blood is taken faster than it registers, it gets confused in the tests. We ask the management to at least create an electronic queue, because the room is not adapted to a large queue clearly, and even in a private laboratory to ask who is the last.

No privacy, - the whole queue listens to all your data, why ask all this out loud if they have all the data? In addition, they are very slow to register. A lot of unnecessary words, a lot of fuss. We have gathered a huge queue. A feeling of incompetence, insecurity. Customers' time is not appreciated. The procedure itself is fast. I was also unpleasantly surprised that the price on the site is inconclusive. Is the cost of consumables unknown in advance? Does it become known only by the time the check is issued? Why is it impossible to specify the final price on the site, a person counts on one amount, but in the end it is completely different.

There can be no question of confidentiality, at the reception the girl asks me several times very loudly what I need, she also seems not to know what services the laboratory provides, it got to the point that I showed her twice what I need from their website. In the gynecological office, there is a very dirty floor, on which you need to stand with bare feet to walk from the couch to the chair, the doctor did not offer any additional shoe covers and personal hygiene products. Everything was done very roughly, and when I reported that it hurt, I received a monosyllabic response "so what? be patient," after which discomfort and pain in the lower abdomen were felt all day.
