I was not too lazy to come in and write a review. Previously, there were no problems with Invitro. I took tests only there, until they started sending general blood tests to Moscow due to technical problems!
The first mega stress was waiting for me here when I took my tests, considering that a week and a half before I had already taken the UAC from them while it was still being done in Minsk.
The result came just like that, I was stressed for a day until I went to another lab and retook.
During these days, I read a lot of reviews, forums about invitro and was horrified. In Moscow, the tests are done like any other way. A bunch, just a bunch of mistakes.
And the cherry on the cake! Invitro will NEVER admit its mistake, and even the village factor.
And of course, I left a message on the phone and got a call back. The text just seemed to be read from a piece of paper, as well as people described the situation!!! They are stupidly hammering that an internal investigation has been conducted against them, that everything is great and good for them.
I'm saying that you're telling me the same thing on the phone. Did you accompany a delivery man around Moscow? Have you personally seen how the test tubes were moved to their destination and under what conditions were they stored? And she's still hammering at me the same thing.
Well, okay, I realized that it's useless with them! Lost phrases! They are afraid to admit guilt, because this is the authority of the campaign. And how can I find out about the inspection??? How? Those are still combed.
Positive: they were until the moment of the last situation . Everything is fast and neat.
Cons: tests began to be sent to Moscow, under what conditions in the current heat it is unclear; the dead sheep who do not admit their guilt even with the facts "on their face"
The bottom line: Judas will not go anymore precisely because of the current situation and attitude! Such mistakes as they have allowed and blatantly lie to a person's psyche can be crippled

Today we had an ultrasound of the kidneys, one of the shortest in time and not informative of all previously done in other clinics.
We do an interval ultrasound to track kidney stones. The ultrasound took 3-5 minutes. The doctor found nothing but one stone, although there are several of them. At the reception, they asked to pay in cash, but they did not issue a check.
I had to ask them about it and languidly wait for my check for a few minutes.

Today I brought my eldest son for blood, urine, biochemistry.

We tested the baby for 2 years at 46 Sukharevskaya Street. The specialist got into a vein in his arm the first time, in which other workers did not see the vein at all. They gave recommendations. Special thanks for the gifts to the baby! Hot drinks after analysis are cool, thanks! It's nice and I want to come back to you (if necessary), but it's better to be healthy!!!

Регулярно ходим именно в этот филиал. Всё забываю уточнить ФИО милой женщины, бесспорно профессионала своего дела, которая осуществляет забор крови. Восьмого сентября принимала в первую смену. А так же хочу выразить благодарность всему персоналу в этом филиале за добросовестное выполнение своих обязанностей.

Очень понравилось обслуживание персонала в данном офисе, администраторы вежливые, улыбчивые, медсестры профессионалы своего дела, особенно молоденькая медсестра, которая колит так что даже не чувствуешь укол, это очень приятно, спасибо за вашу работу.

Обслуживаемся в данном офисе уже более 3 лет с мужем. И узи делали разные, и сдавали анализы. Персонал всегда вежливый, берут анализ очень аккуратно, результат приходит на почту. Врач узи смотрит мега внимательно, отвечает на все вопросы, даёт рекомендации. Все быстро, качественно, аккуратно.
Сегодня сдавали впервые анализ крови из вены дочке. Сказать, что мы в восторге - ничего не сказать. Огромное спасибо лаборанту. Установила контакт с малышкой, взяла очень быстро, дали шарик, вкусняшку. Ребёнок счастливый пошёл домой!

Регулярно посещаю данный мед центр. Рядом с домом- огромный плюс. Вежливый персонал. Быстро, качественно. Радуют акции, скидки. Рекомендую

Не рекомендую обращаться категорически.
За несколько обращений в итоге получили только вежливые разговоры и полное несоответствие услышанному.
27 января звонок оператору для уточнения есть ли забор крови по конкретному адресу и конкретным пунктам исследования. Тебе вежливо отвечают что есть и все перечисленные пункты можно исследовать. . Приходишь в тот же день по адресу и в итоге узнаёшь, что именно этого исследования нет, но есть общий показатель. Зачем операторы изначально предоставляют неверную информацию?
Потеря денег. Потеря времени. Ещё один день впустую. И никого не волнует это.
28 января история повторяется. Предварительный звонок оператору для уточнения конкретного анализа в конкретном филиале. Ответ положительный. Приходишь сдавать анализ, конкретизируя какой именно показатель необходимо исследовать и в итоге у тебя есть показатели общего анализа ( ты его не просил) и нет конкретно обозначенного.
Снова потеря денег. Потеря времени. Ещё один день впустую.
В итоге:
Везде только вежливые ответы и полное несоответствие предоставляемой информации по телефону, в дальнейшем продолжалось введение в заблуждение. Некомпетентность операторов, невнимательность работников при приеме заказов. Все это приводит к тому, что кроме вежливости нет ничего.
Если Вы не цените своё время и деньги, если Вам нравится просто так ездить и не получать в итоге запрашиваемый результат по конкретному исследованию, то компания выбрана
