I visit Invitro several times, the first time I took the tests myself, the second time I took my daughter to the test, who is very afraid of such procedures. After passing the analysis, the daughter was satisfied, was not afraid of anything and was calm. And I, as a mother, was happy at that moment!!! Thank you very much! I recommend it with full confidence and a clear conscience!!!💐

Slow, very slow service. Two receptionists are sleeping at the counter, and just like that, a nurse is barely working. I've been sitting for 40 minutes, there were 5-6 people in front of me, 3-4 people were served, and two more in line. Even in the clinic it is faster.

Excellent specialists, good service. I wanted to put 5 stars, but... I took off one star for a busy parking lot for the disabled, the second for the inability of the dispatcher to work with an electronic queue, my wife was called before the queue actually came up. The third star is for the rudeness of the dispatcher, when the wife came up before the turn came, because someone does not know how to use a computer. The fourth star is for the fact that when registering my daughter, the dispatcher demanded a passport with data from me, but recorded it on my wife's passport. The fifth star is for the fact that insurance companies go without a queue, which contradicts the current legislation. The total is 0 stars.

Disgusting. The queue stretches very slowly, the cashier works alone. On insurance, why should they skip the queue? How are they different from me? By what the company pays for them? To take the test for a fee, you need to sit for more than an hour in a regular clinic. I am very disappointed! Finally, please resolve the issue with the second cash register and insurance service. I visited this institution today (11.04.24). I took the ticket at 7.38. I got to the registrar at 8.30 ... Needless to say, I got to the treatment room even later and ended up spending more than an hour in the center? There were 8 people in front of me. 2 of whom left because they did not wait in line. Only one window works, and it works very slowly. I was insured, and as a result, the people who were after me (apparently at their own expense) were ahead of my turn. They call 3 people without insurance, one on insurance. I understand that it is more profitable for you to accept clients who pay at your own expense, but with this flow of the queue, 3 people are delayed for half an hour... In state institutions, the queue is moving faster. When I left the center, the queue was already on the street. I noticed that Yandex has a 5-star rating and it became funny. Apparently, this is how the promised discount for a good review works for people)

It's awfully long, everyone is slow, one person takes 15 minutes! It was raining and I did not go to the nearest center. But with such success, you can immediately go to the neighboring center!!! Maybe you will add workers or train your staff to work a little faster, people need to go to work and do different things and when you come to take regular tests, you probably don't think that if you are 4th in line you need to sit for an hour!!!!!

The first time I encountered such an ugly service, I stood in the e-mail for a whole hour to take a blood test, I served for 10-15 minutes per person, a completely inexperienced specialist at the reception, time was spent, I was late everywhere, these are not paid services with comfort.
