The scariest thing in this laboratory is that there is a huge probability that your tests or those of a small child (no matter how much they cost 10 rubles or 1000 rubles) will not do them correctly! Exactly, I will never return to this laboratory, and the quality control department is just something: A quick reading as an excuse that their analyses are correct, from the prepared text, was clearly audible on the other side of the phone!

The waiting time is normal, the staff is also OK, but the needles are terribly thick and large, it was very painful to take blood from a vein. I do not recommend using such materials for the fence, it is worse than in a polyclinic.

I dedicate this review to the MANAGEMENT of the laboratory.
We came with a child (a small child, 3 years old) to take tests, and I have complaints:
1) there is no flexibility in relation to customers.
2) when the coprogram was brought, the administrators said that there was little material. I always submitted the same amount of material in other laboratories, and even in the state polyclinic, there were never any questions.
3) I registered the child in my personal account in advance, but they required a passport when visiting. I had my license with me, this is also an identity document.
4) my husband sent a passport photo via Viber, but the photo was not analyzed for a steroid profile in saliva, which the doctor prescribed for us, only with a document in hand.
5) in other laboratories, such as Helix, sinlab, etc., there are no such moronic rules. Everyone is trying to work flexibly so that customers come back.
6) this is the first time I have heard that the lactate test is given STRICTLY from the other hand if there are tests for other indicators. Neither the administrator nor the laboratory assistant could explain to me where this rule came from. I followed all the rules, passed on an empty stomach, the child drank only water. As a result, the child was even more afraid to donate blood from a vein. Is there any way to be more loyal to small children?
I was dissatisfied with the visit to the laboratory. I was with a small child, and it's not very convenient for me to go back and forth for a passport.
There are no complaints about the registrars and the laboratory assistant, they only followed the instructions👐
If possible, I will avoid visiting this laboratory in the future.

Hello! I would like to express my special gratitude to the girls working in the Invitro laboratory at the Moskovskaya metro station. No one has handled my veins so carefully and professionally. Usually they can only take blood from 3-6 times, because the veins leave much to be desired. But one day I met Ilona (unfortunately, I do not know the last name and patronymic of this girl), she not only managed to take three vials of blood the first time, but also to calm me down. Pleasant administrators, experienced nurses who carry out the collection of building materials. They find an approach to children. I like that they always glue you and let you check your personal data on test tubes, which eliminates the confusion of the results.

This place is worse than the state polyclinic. A family of three cripples came, they were checked out for tests for half an hour. The child goes without a queue, but all three went to hand over together, bypassing the queue in which people sat for an hour. The consultant pretended that everything was fine. I asked the laboratory assistant not to accept new people until these are registered. As a result, the srach started in the queue, the laboratory assistant does not accept people for 5 minutes, this family is still being registered. People are waiting.

We use the services of the laboratory as needed.
One of the important advantages is the high qualification of nurses (they always took blood from the vein of a small child), tests are performed that other Minsk laboratories do not perform, and in many positions very short deadlines.
Among the disadvantages, the staff of the information center could not orient themselves in the permissible volume of blood when taking a child and the number of test tubes needed for sampling. It was suggested to drive up to the laboratory and clarify this information on the spot.

There are no questions about the work of a person at the cashier, but there are clearly questions about the work of the treatment room: I came at 10:10 and had to wait 30 minutes for a queue to the treatment room after completing the documents, everything is very slow, it is very frustrating, since this is not the case at all in the same Helix.
Suggestion: maybe open a second treatment room, since the flow of people is very large…

Hello. Thanks to the staff of the Invitro laboratory for their well-coordinated work. At 10.35 they took blood for analysis, and at about 18.00 a message came on Viber that the results were ready (the message contains a link to the results of the study. You can view everything electronically at once). At the Maxim Tank 4 branch, you will be politely asked to put on shoe covers at the entrance. I didn't have to wait in line for a long time, the girls are served quickly at the reception. The procedure itself did not take much time either, the employee who took the blood asked how I was feeling. There is a coffee machine in the lobby (you will be given a barcode for free coffee upon payment) and drinking water. The room is clean and everything is modern. This is not the first time I have used the services of this laboratory and I will contact you again.

The interior is very pleasant and clean.The tests were ready quickly enough, which is a separate plus.
I also want to note that everything has been done for people, tests can be received by mail, notification in Viber.The readiness of the analyses is also monitored in the personal account, which is also quite convenient.
I was also informed that in case of a question with tests, I will be able to consult a doctor of this organization for clarification for free, and if a question arises, I can call and their specialists will be able to explain to my doctor (for such a service, a special thanks and a big plus).
Regarding prices, I was personally satisfied with everything.
The average price in the city, without overestimation.
Regarding the calculation on the website, everything is also very clear.A complete calculation is made without using the material.After calling the call center, I clarified the cost and was told that as a rule it varies up to 8 rubles, in fact it turned out to be less.
I also liked the cashback program.
Because I paid 5 rubles less for the second analysis, and 2 rubles less for the third.It's really nice.
