Excellent service! Everything is clear, understandable, and polite at the registration. The blood was taken to the child painlessly. The nurse is very attentive, encouraging, and they gave me a candy bar and balloons at the exit. We will be your customers!

It is far from the first private laboratory in which I took tests - but the first where blood for a hormone from the "stressful" category was taken only after 20 minutes of rest on a chair (as it should be according to the protocol for taking such tests). The only ones!!!! For that alone, my infinite respect. Well, the utmost politeness and friendliness of the staff, a cup of coffee for adults, and a balloon and a hematogen for children...all this compares favorably with competitors in this niche.

Good technical equipment of the laboratory. The nurses are always friendly, they know how to support small talk. You can receive the result by e-mail or come in person. Unfortunately, the room is small, you have to stand close to each other in the queue.
