I am an applicant for a leadership position with certain expectations regarding work conditions, who has posted my resume on popular Internet sites. I would like to thank the Engineering agency for their individual approach, efficiency and professionalism.  Earlier  I had a negative experience of communicating with other recruitment agencies in Minsk. That's why I was looking for a job on my own.  The agency "Engineering" called me themselves. They offered me a good job that matches my professional skills.  In addition, with a real opportunity for further career growth at a good company. Natalia, the manager, supervised this vacancy. At first, on the phone, I told you in detail about this vacancy. She clarified some questions about my resume correctly, politely and to the point. She additionally recorded the answers so that after editing my resume, taking into account the interests of a particular employer. She answered all my questions carefully and exhaustively. Next, I was invited to an interview with the head of the company "Engineering" Julia. Since I couldn't go to the company's office at the moment, I was offered an online interview.
