A huge bank, a large constantly empty hall, equipped with devices for electronic queuing, a bunch of useless staff receiving salaries, in my opinion, just for being bored in their places. Huge bandwidth, but.... It is very strange, but for some reason there is no way to simply pay for utilities, kindergarten, etc. When asked where to pay, they are sent to the nearest branch in the district branch of Suvsoz or Karasarai, where in a tiny room equipped with neither an electronic queue system nor working ATMs for cash withdrawal, only two people serve huge queues, in which sometimes they have to stand for more than an hour for a two-minute operation to pay the gas bill, which is also sometimes extended by 10 minutes, either because of the lack of light, uninterruptible power supplies are certainly not there, or because of poor Internet, since according to the staff, the equipment is also very ancient.
Why is it impossible to create a convenient service in this large, spacious room for people who carry their money to this bank, and not put a huge number of people in a small room at a time when the state does not know how to warn people against infection and spread of a dangerous virus.

On 11/29/21 I applied to the bank with a request to restore my plastic card, as it was lost. I was told to come on 10.12.21 and she will be ready. I arrived at the specified time, waited in line for an hour and a half, and then they said to me - "why did you come so early? Your card is not ready yet!" What kind of "early" do I not understand? Is 10 working days not enough? Well, I keep calm and ask - "when should I come?" To which they reply that they don't know. I went into the chief's office using plastic cards, and I explain my situation. To which he replies, "come back in another 10 days, but I can't say for sure that even then it will be ready." This is where I freaked out. I didn't dial 78-150-41-11, because this number never works. Although they always say to call this number if you want to know if your card is ready. I dialed 1233, and there was another surprise waiting for me. The operator replies that the mortgage bank warehouse has run out of uzcard cards, and when they place an order, they will arrive, and only then they will be able to make my card. That is, they could prepare in advance to make a pre-order, since there are few goods left in stock. But not only have they not done that, they haven't ordered a new batch yet, even though the cards have run out.
If I hadn't worked at a public school, I wouldn't have needed their card for nothing (the salary is credited through this bank).
I will complete the review when I finally receive this problem card. And let's see how long it takes!
