Pleasant service, courteous consultants. 5+ service! Any problem will be fixed. They will always listen, explain, repair, replace, clean... the boutique itself is beautiful, there are masks for free for customers, gloves, coffee ... cleanliness is always there, there are enough consultants, everyone has time. Everything is always available for the product , but for some reason the device itself breaks down stably. 😄 two people in the family smoke icos, both have problems a couple of months after purchase/replacement, but because of the service 5⭐️

I often happen , polite service staff , prices for sticks are cheaper than in stores , for one you can give your device for cleaning
