Today I went to the service center ’IronBRO”, which is located at Petrus Brovki 30, building 2. The first impression of the service station is cleanliness and order, which is very pleasant to observe, because this is the first sign of a well-prepared team to meet a client. Cars that are under repair are covered with protective covers from accidental damage, this is also one of the advantages. My car was inspected, a malfunction was detected, which was also nice, we ordered the delivery of spare parts ourselves, 15 minutes of repair (without delivery of spare parts) and voila.
I'm happy, the car is working properly.

The task was to rearrange the contract variator on the RAV4 instead of the faulty one.
1) First, 500 rubles were announced, and 900 rubles were requested as a result. They explained that "the car turned out to be four-wheel drive" (although it was written at the very beginning when accepting the car) and "I had to work until late in the evening." (A little later I found out that in California, where a friend works as a mechanic at Subaru service and they often change the variations on Toyotas, this work for the RA4 takes 4 standard hours at a cost of $ 60 standard hours. Moreover, this is together with calibration. And it's twice as cheap on Mexican services).
2) When asked if data reset and calibration will be done, they replied that THIS SHOULD NOT BE DONE. They say that their mechanic has been working on Toyota and Lexus variators for 20 years, and no calibration is required. It turned out to be a lie. Calibration after repair or replacement of the variator is MANDATORY - the oil pressure sensor, acceleration and deceleration sensor are calibrated (who does not believe, Google "error P1589").
3) The next day after leaving the service, I turned on the air conditioner - it worked for five minutes with a terrible stench and died. That is, most likely, something was damaged during the work: either the radiator or the main line of the air conditioner.
And yes, they talk very politely. But they work like hell.

Good afternoon. I turned to Ironbro to repair my car. The problem of the problem had to be found. We talked politely on the phone (and later), voiced the cause of the problem and the cost of repairs. The cause was confirmed on site, repairs were carried out in half a day, but the problem was not fixed. They took 1.5 times more for the completed work than they voiced over the phone. It turned out that I paid for repairs that were not required. The service proved that it is still beneficial (prevention). As a result, the officials were able to help me, in 10 minutes and much less money.
The representative of the service in correspondence asked for the data of my car with the justification that in order to improve their activities. My question, what will it change for me, remained unanswered.

The guys themselves will diagnose, order spare parts, install. The service is very high quality, the guys approached my car as their own. I'll give you an example: I came to service the rear drums, we did everything in a day, although in fact we had to change absolutely everything. As a result, by chance, I managed to see a new drum after installation in disassembled form. I was shocked. The guys cleaned everything, washed it, and did not spare lubricants to simplify further analysis. I'd give you a sixth star for that. If you have any questions, you can safely call, help and prompt. A pleasant friendly atmosphere. The guys have no goal to rip off the client, if it is possible to restore the part instead of buying a new one, which is much more expensive for the client, but easier for the master, they will restore. If you ask if I will go to them again, the answer is YES

The level of professionals. They work clearly and smoothly. You just drive your car with certain malfunctions and pick it up that day or the next (unless you have a broken engine or half of the car is missing). Everything is simple, there is no headache in the selection of spare parts, China or the original (mostly they recommend installing and not installing China), they select everything themselves and can advise you on any spare parts and malfunctions. But the most important thing is the quality of the repair. I did not personally contact the second time for the same malfunction. Of the disadvantages, I see only one - there is no car electrician on site, but even in this case they will recommend a good specialist to you (I have not addressed this issue myself). I was fixing the muffler. Whole. From the corrugation to the "street". We picked up the spare parts ourselves, bought everything ourselves (even the BU part) in 1.5 hours we did everything, gave a discount on work and let go with God. I've been driving for two days and I can't believe that the guys picked up the rear can from another car and it became quieter than in the factory. And cheaper!!!! Respect and respect for Andrey.

Air conditioner repair: radiator replacement, tube welding, refueling - the pleasure is not the cheapest. But, as it turned out, everything depends on the choice of a service station.
