I ordered three times in advance by pre-order:
1. The first time they missed the order, they said to wait, it's not ready yet, although 25 minutes have passed since the call, and according to the operator it was said that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Okay, it doesn't happen to anyone.
2. The second time, also by pre-order, when I arrived, I was referred to the fact that I forgot to put the cheese, again the wait upon arrival is + 20 minutes. Okay, the human factor, fatigue, happens.
3. For the third time, I order in advance again, I arrive - they tell me the order was sent to the wrong address. You need to wait 15-20 minutes.
Take some measures - assign your own number to each point or come up with something.
You don't have a bazaar - they are delicious, but when you are hungry from work in the evening you go home and make a pre-order in the hope of stopping by on the way and calmly go on, and 3 times in a row this happens, you start burning with emotions unreal.
