I've been there three times already — the first time a friend brought me for lunch and I wanted to come back to see how Iskra behaves in the evening, so the next time I brought my friends on Saturday evening, and on Sunday we came as families. We'll probably become regular guests)

I was with you and your wife today.
The interior is solid 5. The staff is polite and courteous. We took lunch, the wife ate tagliato with cod. I'll have dinner with crispy chicken and salads. The salads are not bad enough. But there was not enough flavor in the salad with chicken and cream sauce with horseradish. The dressing was sweet and the horseradish taste was lost because of the cream. If only cream could be replaced with yogurt or sour cream. And instead of sweetness, add a little salt, the taste would be brighter.
We were a little disappointed with the coffee and drinks.
The coffee was slightly overstuffed and sour. It's all Arabica, I understand. But for me, the ideal ratio is 80% cabbage and 20% arabica. Both soft and strong.
They were good themselves, the nuggets weren't bad. But the mushrooms have written a lot of oil. They were oily. The green butter was superfluous, as it didn't look good on the nuggets.

The cafe was made by one of the best architects of the RB studio Zrobim, it was their review that pulled me out to eat in this seemingly ascetic institution.
Minimalism was chosen for a reason, the main idea to put the dish and visitors in the spotlight for the sake of pleasant pictures was a success. As soon as the food arrived and we took some photos on the crippled phone, I was amazed, the lighting was perfectly exposed.
The food is as delicious as the photos, the staff is polite, I write a review a month later, I am grateful for the pleasant aftertaste.

The first time we were with my wife, we really liked everything: salads and sandwiches, which were huge, delicious and juicy. The second time we came at lunch and there were no sandwiches, which for some reason we were notified only when we sat down, although we should have been notified at the entrance. The third time, we ordered a large sandwich in half and it turned out to be meager. If they hadn't been taken earlier, they wouldn't have noticed. But last time we felt cheated. Plus, we waited a long time for the order, although there weren't many people. In general, we won't give this place any more chances.

I went to this institution the other day, I'm not from Minsk, I had no expectations as such, but after visiting I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED! Service, cuisine, drinks, everything is excellent, incredibly tasty and professional!!
The waiting time for dishes at an average landing is about 20 minutes, which I was quite satisfied with, delicious and very fast, the visual is VERY BEAUTIFUL!!

The fatal mistake was the decision to go to the birthday breakfast at this institution.
1. The waiters are absolutely not polite and are not trained in staff etiquette. The restaurant has been open since 11:00 a.m., and it was still closed at 11:02 a.m.
2. We waited for the food for more than 40 minutes (we were not warned about the long serving of dishes), provided that we were the only ones in the establishment.
3. The chefs prepared the dishes very slowly, they were served to us all together, and half of them were simply already cold
4. The highlight of everything was the cleaning lady, who mopped the floors near us all the time while we were waiting for food, and when the dishes were brought to us and we started eating them, she mopped the floor right under our table, banging our chairs with a mop. Although the establishment must prepare before the arrival of visitors.
As a nice bonus: a piece of cake was served. Unfortunately, this could not fix the situation in any way, because the morning breakfast in the circle of loved ones was simply ruined.
I highly do not recommend this place to visit!

A very cozy and atmospheric place, pleasant and caring staff. The summer terrace touches the soul, especially in the evening, when the guys light lanterns on the tables! The interior is versatile, but at the same time very restrained, everyone will find a place for a pleasant pastime. Very tasty steaks and grilled vegetables, special thanks to the kitchen. A great wine, which, by the way, the waiter advised to take with the steak and definitely did not lose. Service for 10/10!

About the food: I tried salad with fish and potatoes, tiramisu and coffee. I was not impressed with the tiramisu, there was too much cocoa sprinkling (clogs the taste, makes the throat tickle), the dessert itself is too cloying, too sweet. Coffee (Americano and cappuccino) - the sourness is terrible, even sugar does not save. The salad is normal.
The interior is positioned as a designer, but it gave the impression of stinginess and limitation, not interesting. Some kind of hood is humming very much (maybe it's in the next building or somewhere behind the wall, but it's very annoying).
The waiters are normal, but probably because they also serve as bartenders, it takes a long time to wait.

In modern society, we have become a little more pampered, with beautiful interiors, dishes, combinations and atmosphere in every institution.But unfortunately, this place could not justify the huge price tag on the menu by any of these criteria.
Coffee was brought after tea.although what kind of tea is this-just brewed hay.Thanks for bringing it already brewed.Food....well, I don't know how it is in the evening, I hope there is a full cue ball of guests who sincerely believe that this food is not mediocre.But at brunch, frying an egg through a ring on a dirty planch is already ridiculous and not convenient at 24.The veshknki in the steak were dry and the ends were crispy.
I do not advise anyone to come and waste their time, and even more so their money.
I am not pleased that such projects generally take money from people and I exist well.

We visited this place yesterday with a friend. We ordered two sandwiches (with beef and cod), cocktails, and had tiramisu for dessert. All in all....We liked it. Pleasant minimalistic interior. The waiters were polite, but a little tired (they were already at 7-8 pm). I really liked the cod sandwich, but my friend didn't like the beef sandwich very much. She said the beef was too salty and she would like more vegetables. But the price tag for such simple dishes is, of course, unjustified. The cocktails are good. Strawberry negroni in the very heart of ❤️. The tiramisu was delicious. The portion is much larger than in any other establishments (as it seemed to me). But it doesn't taste unusual, just tiramisu.
Surprisingly, there were practically no people. It's been strange for Minsk lately, although it might just have been a weekday.

After 40 !!! after waiting for a few minutes, our company of three people asked the waiter Daria how long we still need to wait for the order, given that one of the dishes was from the lunch menu)))))))
In response, we heard a sudden response on the move that someone had to give us something on our order.
After waiting for another 10 minutes, the waiter Daria brought us the second part of our order. When asked where our soups were , she barked in response: "I told you there wouldn't be ," and turning to us in one place , decided to just leave .

What's with the raised tone????

Something has changed and not for the better. Still, a strong three stars for the atmosphere and commitment to style. For me, she is still an icon of fashionable catering. What I didn't like specifically: the refrigerator was warm, not thoroughly brought to taste, "young fried potatoes" in fact turned out to be deep-fried three cubes of potatoes of indeterminate age. Although it was a lunch menu, but it's a little weak, guys. The burger of the day was with turkey and cranberry sauce. The same sauce interrupted everything. So saturated and unbalanced in quantity for such a small burger. Overall, the burger was "technically" good. There are few of these now on the fast food, street food and their premium branches. The work of the service is also not bad. At lunch there is a full hall and a summer terrace. In the evening, around 22 o'clock, the hall is empty, the neighboring establishments are full. There is something to think about. Maybe the prices should be revised, otherwise it's too expensive for the average Minsk resident. And targeting a Russian or other guest is a so-so strategy.
By the way, there are no complaints about evening dishes.
Bottom line: compared to the times before 2020, now, alas, is not the case…
