We contacted the MacBook (after the first use and update, the keys on the right side stopped working), Purchased the MacBook in another country and it would be expensive to return it under warranty, but we brought it as a gift.
We are infinitely grateful to the staff, politely and in detail explained the reason, and most importantly repaired and returned the next day. Thank you very much Tigran!
