This salon is not responsible for the quality of the services provided. I was doing eyelash extensions, they fell off the next day. The salon said that the master was ill and it was possible to make an appointment with another, but in a week. In total, I walked for a week and a half with my eyelashes falling off. I came for a makeover, the new master turned out to have absolutely terrible energy, not friendly. I absolutely did not want to lie in her negative field for 2 hours. Immediately, she began to tell me in a passive aggressive form that my eyelashes were falling off because she saw that I was drinking vitamins and I was drawing arrows.I've been drinking vitamins for 2 years now, nothing has fallen off before. She was very friendly. I said in a calm tone, "I'm sorry, I'm uncomfortable with you, I'd better go." At the reception, I was already re-signed to my master after 2 days. But the next day, the shock was that the salon texted me that the management had decided that the alteration would be paid. That is, I paid for the service, the eyelashes fell off in 3 days, then I had to walk for a week and a half with short eyelashes, spend time coming to a negative master and I still have to pay again. This is the first time I have met such an attitude. A good business, once every 3 days to redo eyelashes for a fee to customers) in the photo, the appearance of the eyelashes 2 days after the build-up

Вчера впервые была в салоне : стрижка и педикюр. Стрижкой очень довольна. Мастер Лилия профессионал своего дела, к которому хочется возвращаться. А вот педикюр не порадовал. Удивительно,что у салона такого уровня и ценником выше среднего по городу такие дешёвые, полузасохшие, без или со стёртым сроком годности лаки. Основы под лак вообще нет. Дома, рассмотрев ногти, видно насколько неровно лёг лак. Жаль ,что такие работы не выставляют в Инстаграм. И, уважаемая администрация, сделайте что-то с вытяжкой! Когда она включена, невозможно дышать - запах от всех предыдущих клиентов, видимо, отвратительно.

Самый лучший салон ❤️ Начиная от персонала, заканчивая каждым уголком и качеством услуг. За всеми бьюти процедурами только туда ! Безумно радуюсь своему отражению в зеркале, не думала что ламинирование и наращивание ресниц колоссально изменят внешность в лучшую сторону) салон буквально рай для девушек и хочу отметить администратора Дарью, очень доброжелательная и вовлеченная девушка, которая встретит с улыбкой, проконсультирует по всем акциям и видам процедур.

Добрый день. Делала в этом салоне коррекцию и окрашивание бровей как модель. качество работы мастера. Прекрасный персонал и уютная обстановка оставили самые лучшие впечатления. Через месяц позвонили и пригласили на ламинирование ресниц. Бесподобно, любуюсь ресничками, они одна к одной, как с обложки. Осталась очень довольна, недалеко от дома, рекомендую.

Записалась через Яндекс. Очень удобно и быстро!
Через некоторые время администратор перезвонил и подтвердил запись, рассказал об акциях спец предложениях.
Акции понравились, сразу записалась на массаж.
Персонал очень вежливый. Есть зерновой кофе и чай. Так же напиток можно взять собой навынос после процедуры.
Специалист по маникюру Анастасия очень качественно выполнила маникюр. Брала комбинированный. Делала блестки как дизайн, посмотрим как продержится 😁. Без снятия вышло 1,5 часа.
Массажист Игорь выполнил потрясающий массаж. В меру сильно и в меру релакс. Без болевых ощущений, но и не просто «поглаживание». Кушетка кстати с подогревом, что бы не замерзнуть.

Хочу поблагодарить салон Ivory за отличную работу. Сегодня получила огромное удовольствие от работы мастеров в 6 рук 🔥 Спасибо, что сэкономили мое драгоценное время. Ресницы, маникюр и педикюр за 2 часа вместо 6 это космос)) Ещё спасибо отдельное за правильный педикюр моему сыну и решение проблемы с вростающими ногтями. Он у меня хоккеист и в жёстких коньках каждый день с вростающими ногтями было очень больно, а мы не правильно их обрезали…Ещё ребёнок просто в восторге от посещения салона, так как его там всегда угощают вкуснейшим лимонадом и конфетами и я вижу, что ему очень нравится как с ним всегда вежливо и внимательно разговаривают и администратор и мастер )) Я тоже всегда кайфую от вкусного капучино в изящной кружке)) Все мастера в салоне отличные мастера своего дела. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке салона Татьяне Глазковой за такой коллектив и всегда безупречное оказание услуг! Я уже больше 3-х лет обслуживаюсь в этом салоне и всегда в восторге! Делала второй раз депиляцию у Марины, клиентоориентированность и профессионализм👌, подберёт лучший метод удаления волос именно для вас. А ещё сервис в салоне, пришла раньше времени предложили чай, не ожидала увидеть целый чайник листового чая.☺️
