Nice salon, polite staff but! I chose the salon for a long time based on reviews, photos of works, it was also nice to find promotions on cream in the salon, BUT unfortunately the prices that were prescribed for grooming eventually do not correspond to reality, they ask for additional materials, although this is said only for the coloring procedure. The master tried, but a couple of days after leaving, unfortunately, the appearance of the hair became the same, which I was most afraid of. Well, I would like a little more so that the masters would advise how to get a haircut and use prepositions to improve the style) I will not return a second time

I want to thank Ivory Salon for the excellent work. Today I got great pleasure from the work of the masters in 6 hands. Thank you for saving my precious time. Eyelashes, manicure and pedicure in 2 hours instead of 6 is space)) Special thanks also for the correct pedicure for my son and the solution to the problem with ingrown nails. He is a hockey player and in hard skates it was very painful every day with ingrown nails, but we cut them wrong... Another child is just delighted with visiting the salon, as he is always treated there with delicious lemonade and sweets and I see that he really likes how they always talk to him politely and attentively and administrator and master)) I also always get high from a delicious cappuccino in an elegant mug)) All the craftsmen in the salon are excellent masters of their craft. I really like the salon. I go for eyebrows and nails. The staff is very tactful and polite. It so happened that I did not sign up for one master , but all the time I got to new people .All their work is on top. Even finding fault with their work is simply impossible . The price / quality matches. But there is one small detail that greatly confuses me - the photo after the procedures. The masters are all good , it is not convenient to refuse . They take photos , as I understand it , not for their portfolio , but for the management + they check the quality of services at the reception. Somehow after that , the mood drops . This formality related to the control of services is a little scary. Of course , there are no complaints about this . But somehow it should be done less "head-on", please. As it is, everything is great. Thanks !
