disgusting service. I don't recommend it.
I signed my mother up in this studio in advance, when my mother came, they told her that she was not recorded and did not even begin to figure out why the client had come.
Mom showed me the correspondence that confirmed the record for that day and at that particular time. after that, she was offered to wait an hour (and we all always have free time, and we can all wait an hour to get the service that I signed up for in advance and arrived at my own time)
, mom left upset.
There was no interest in the salon itself, even to sort out the situation and try to make amends somehow.
I wrote on their Instagram. it turned out that they had already had such situations, that a person signed up and came, but they did not know about the recording and the person was just wasting his time. it turns out that this is a problem in the program they enroll clients in, but apparently since they know about the problem and do not solve it, this studio is satisfied with such a service.

I've already had my hair cut several times in this salon, I really like everything. The staff is polite, neat repairs, comfortable places for guests. There are not many people, the queue is not crowded.
And haircuts turn out to be high-quality, beautifying - master Vasilisa knows his job well and fulfills all wishes as beautifully as possible.
