I have visited your institution several times and each time I come across the fact that the waiting time is 50 minutes. Although I understand that there are circumstances that affect the duration of cooking, such a long period of time is unacceptable to me. Because of this, I am increasingly forced to refuse to buy your products, despite the fact that I like them.
It upsets me that this situation repeats itself every time I visit, and I cannot plan my visit to your institution, given the long waiting time. This greatly reduces my desire to contact you again, and, unfortunately, I have to look for alternatives.
I ask you to pay attention to the problem with long waits and take measures to improve the efficiency of service. I hope that you will be able to improve the service in order to regain the loyalty of regular customers.

An ordinary eatery near the road, where people want to quickly run in and have a snack, and not stand for half a day waiting for a simple shawarma.
The reviews in Google maps are quite justified. Everyone gives 1 star and quite rightly so
