Overall, it's not bad.
The rooms are not the freshest, but they are clean, there was cleaning every day, the breakfasts are not bad, they can cook pancakes or omelets with fillings to order.
There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Very polite staff, if something is missing, they will inform us without question, we had a check-out two hours later than it should be, but they extended it for free
. The location is not bad. There is an alley leading to the beach (5-7 minutes to it) and then you walk through beautiful places to the corniche. We were in winter and at 26 degrees we always walked, it took 25 minutes. A magnolia is blooming along the way. Beauty.
I would rate it at a solid 4, I assume that it would be expensive-rich in the UAE, you need to pay a very large amount)

The hotel is located in a convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the embankment. There is always a taxi. Attractions nearby. Rooftop pool without heating in winter. The room was comfortable with a bath and shower. Breakfasts are not too plentiful, eggs of all kinds, vegetables, herring. The place for breakfast is not big, sometimes a queue was created. The hotel liked its location and was cozy. It is not customary to leave a tip.

The hotel is located in the working-class quarter of Abu Dhabi. From the Corniche side, everything is fashionable, but from the end... It's better not to see. The hotel itself is tired, battered; the smell of dampness in the rooms is already ingrained in the walls. Pretty clean, the kitchen is not bad. The location is convenient in terms of walking distance to shopping malls, beaches and other infrastructure facilities.

A purely functional hotel. The normal standard is clean, quiet, breakfast. No additional features. The pool is upstairs - laughter on a stick. I didn't even get into it. There is a fitness room nearby, but we were not up to the gym, we were already running like horses in the heat. We were interested in the location and the price - a reasonable compromise was found. Parking was the main thing. It's amazing, I didn't take a single photo, apparently he wasn't worth it. Enjoy!

The hotel left a good impression. The rooms are in excellent condition, the Euro sockets are visible, the location is good. The food in the hotel is also decent. We booked a room with breakfast and dinner and were satisfied.

Clean rooms, a little old, but worth it for the price. The upper floors are smoking, so if you want to be closer to the roof, you go there.

The bar is rarely open.
On the roof there is a small warm pool and a gym - warming up in the morning is the best thing.
A hookah bar is also on the roof. Hookahs are old, but not bad, but the place is sad, it's better to choose something in the city.

In my opinion, confident 4 stars. Five stars was maybe 6-7 years ago. Breakfasts were included in the package, varied, fresh, delicious - satisfied, suitable for any diet. We took a burning ticket, we did not regret it. The service is good, we had no failures. We are ready to clean the room every day, but for environmental purposes we were content with one cleaning in the middle of the vacation - you can put a lock on cleaning the room. There was a kettle in the room. Water, coffee, cream, tea are given in unlimited quantities, carried to the room on a call. The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet, a sink, a hairdryer, body and head gel, body cream. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. It's small, but we need to swim slowly. Jacuzzi, spa, 2 cafes. One up to 2 nights.
The beach is free in 3-4 km, in the heat it is impossible to walk. Taxi 12-14 dirh. important! It's better to go straight to the paid one, it's cheaper. If only women or women with children have a rest - there is a special.beach for women and children on the corniche beach. A bunch of Pakistanis and women in bikinis will be booed, humiliated, and not given a pass. The sights are a little far away. Taxi or buy excursions. I highly recommend a desert tour - jipping. If a taxi, then toll roads are included in the calculation, be careful. The supply of the machine is 5 dirh, then on the counter. However, I got distracted from the hotel ;))

The room as a whole is clean, tidy, we didn't have anything broken, including in the bathroom. The safe was working. The TV was not turned on. Condey - without failures. It was quiet in the room, although we were on holiday, the download is full. There is only something like carpet on the floor, for me, yes-to a hotbed of germs, they walked in sneakers / socks. That's probably all.
A few more words about the flight. Our plane tour included water and a sandwich/sandwich. The man will stay hungry for sure. Vegetables were not observed. The rest is paid. Inexpensive coffee 7 dirh ~ 180 rubles. Flying decently. Take some food. Fruits, cheese, cucumbers (we ate this :)).

The room is very cold, they tried to warm up with air conditioning, but it didn't help. They opened the window to warm and dry the room with warm air from the street. The pool area is small and closed tightly with windows overlooking the construction site. The restaurant was pleased with the quality, but disappointed with a modest choice, with minor daily changes in the format of dishes. The staff is very polite and courteous, which really gives hospitality and service a significant plus when choosing a holiday in the UAE (we have already been to several emirates). There is no transfer to the beach. If you walk along the embankment or through family parks, then 1.5 hours of useful cardio, if by taxi, then a 15-minute drive for about 20 dirhams. There are two beaches next door. One is completely free, the second that is a little further is half paid with sun beds and umbrellas included in the price. There are free taps with drinking water all along the embankment.

The hotel is not bad. I really liked the room. It was a two-room, very spacious, with its own kitchen. Everything is clean, neat.
Cleaning is daily, there were no complaints.
We ordered room service.They were brought quickly and with a convenient delivery.The food on the menu was very tasty.
I didn't really like the restaurant. Firstly, there is very little space. Not cozy. I had to sit at the same table with strangers several times.
The pool has not even been tested. We always went to the beautiful beaches in Abu Dhabi.
The hotel does not have a territory. A road and old buildings with grocery stores.

I think the location of the hotel is good. Everything is within walking distance, Karnish embankment, Lulu supermarket, AbuDabi mall, for alcohol lovers there is a shop nearby, a vegetable market, exchange offices. Many restaurants and cafes. Transfer daily to the beach, from there on foot to the Emirate Palace, the Museum of the National village, Marina Mall. By taxi 18 dirhams to the Louvre, 40 to the White Mosque and Ferrari Park. The food is excellent.
