Advantages: convenient location, near the beach, marina embankment for a promenade with many restaurants, Near the metro (which I would not use especially during rush hour)
The rooms are spacious, the furniture is not killed. There is everything in the kitchen corner, even kitchen scissors. I was pleased with the presence of an iron, a washing machine, and a board.
In short, the apartments are completely ready for living.
Daily cleaning service.
There is a gym, the machines don't seem to be dead. there is a swimming pool and a sauna. But almost no one uses it. Of the disadvantages, not all rooms have balconies. It's a lottery, if you're lucky.

Excellent holiday apartments in their own format with a reasonable price. The rooms are large and spacious. The room has everything for cooking, refrigerator, iron, electric kettle, TV and air conditioning. Cleaning every day. A comfortable bed for sleeping. Hot and cold water. The reception understands Russian. Convenient location in Dubai Marina. DMCC metro station is nearby (10 minutes). There are many restaurants with Russian-speaking staff nearby. I recommend.
