The bouquet that was put together for me is simply magnificent: every detail is thought out, the flowers are perfectly combined in shades and shapes, and the packaging added sophistication to the composition. Natalia showed real professionalism and an individual approach — she listened attentively to my wishes, took into account my style preferences and even offered non-standard solutions that made the bouquet truly unique.
I would also like to mention a pleasant price — I expected higher prices for such quality and level of service, but the store was pleasantly surprised by its accessibility. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed.
I was led to 5 stars in the Yandex.Maps rating.
The staff offered to help, but I declined. Having chosen a bouquet he liked, he asked how long it would last. In response, I heard: "No one will tell you how long it will stand. Maybe you'll just put it in the water in the evening and not change it" — it sounded like I was doing a favor.
It was as if I had forced an employee to show every flower in the store, and in the end I took the cheapest bouquet.
Meanwhile, it is possible to determine how long the composition will last after a couple of hours.
Bought at 13:45, put in water (stems pre-pruned) at 14:30.
I am attaching a photo of the bouquet's condition at 19:00.

Terrible service!!!
The delivery is just disgusting!!! The order for Mother's Day, which was supposed to be delivered from 9.00 to 11.00 (ordered on the website in advance), was received with difficulty at 15.00, and if I hadn't called every hour, I would have received it by nightfall. I believe this should not be a client's problem. Put your logistics in order, the customer must be sure that the delivery specified in the order will arrive on time.

I have been ordering flowers from this store periodically for 6 years. They were delivered on time and the staff was responsive and attentive. But after today's adventures, I think I'll say goodbye to this store. The orders, which were supposed to be delivered from 9 to 11, were received bitterly in half by 19 o'clock in parts. Naturally, there was no surprise and the impression of the gift was spoiled. At first, one bouquet was brought around for lunch and we had to find out for half a day where the rest of our gift was. Messages were answered with unsubscriptions, calls were dropped. In the evening, they brought a second bouquet, but forgot the teddy bear... In my opinion, this is not a professional job at all. Yes, I understand, on March 8th, there are a lot of orders. But this shouldn't be a customer problem. If you take such a large number of orders, you must be sure that you can handle it.
