She completed an internship at the Minsk branch. Proper training was not conducted at this place. The plan didn't work for me for the first month. Nevertheless, after I started making calls, I started fulfilling the norm. There was a very strange attitude of the management towards me at work. The director asked me how I was doing in my new place, if everything was fine, if I was making calls, if I was making sales, but when I approached him at the moment to tell him how the conversation with the client (whom he told to call) went, I received in response "You don't have to come up to me and report every time." Every time I didn't come up, I tried not to bother him at all. Although the training should be handled by the head. And such "emotional swings" were not the only case. A month later, I was fired. The director informed me that most likely the management from above decided to leave 3 employees and they no longer need me. After 2 hours, this company put up a vacancy for "job buy".

I transported goods with this company 3 times as an individual entrepreneur. and it got worse and worse every time. It was passable the first time. For the second time, the initial cost increased by 10%. they explained this to me by the fact that the manager who evaluated my transportation made a mistake and has already been fired (of course there are questions, but okay, it doesn't happen to anyone). The last time we made an application, we completed a questionnaire, we clearly indicated all our terms and conditions for delivery:where we pick up and where we bring it, when we load and when we expect the cargo. As a result, they were late for loading by 1 day, for unloading by 2, delivery was CLEARLY indicated in the questionnaires to our warehouse, brought to their own, offered to come themselves or deliver for a fee, if not, then from the 3rd day paid storage, and most importantly, with all this, the cost of delivery increased by 70% . from 97 rubles to 170!!! in an attempt to find out why, they again began to say that they had made a mistake in the calculations, that the supplier had incorrectly indicated the mass and volume.That they are a large international company, and not some kind of sole proprietor uncle Vasya or a banana merchant, that is why you cannot bargain with them. I called the supplier, the video monitoring supplier confirmed the initial data, offered to measure it, said yes, come at ANY time. I arrived with an empty warehouse, they said that my cargo was forced and I had to wait an hour until my cargo was free. Thank God, I am just the same IPSHNIK uncle Vasya and learned back in the 90s how to communicate with such international companies. The cargo was delivered after 1 hour, according to the original tariff. The volume and weight corresponded to the information given by the supplier.

We have used the services of this TC several times, as they report on the receipt of cargo at the warehouse, we arrive and they tell us "why did you come, everything is very busy on the days of receipt." The accountant is a woman, I would like to say hello and advise you to learn how to communicate politely. The next shipment in line is the goods, they have everything folded, you can stand for 15-20 minutes (note that there is no one in the queue) so that they would find your product, find the documents and give it to you !!! Service level 0.

Good afternoon. The impressions of cooperation with Jet Logistics are not the best. We transported cargo from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Belarus twice. For the first time, the actual amount of transportation differed from the amount in the application by 16% up, for the second time by 40%. There is no desire to work with Jet Logistics anymore, we will carry cargo by other companies!

Good day to everyone who decided to use the services of Jet Logistic, the one in Minsk at Platonov d. 18, I do not recommend this office. We were billed for transportation - we paid the entire amount. Upon receipt of the goods at the warehouse, a contract and an invoice with a different, higher amount were slipped for signature. When I asked to redo the account, an unintelligible answer was given about the impossibility of doing this. Petty crooks.
