We sent the cargo to the customer in the region of this transport company at his request, since he refused the one we checked. They tried to convince the client to use the transport system we tested, but in pursuit of cheapness, the customer used Jet Logistics, which eventually damaged the cargo. I am sure that my review will be deleted by the moderator under any pretext in the likeness: to submit receipts, contracts and the like, but if at least 2 people read and do not use this information, thereby saving their cargo, I will consider it a good contribution

Greetings to all. I ordered a mattress from China. Suifenhe-Vladivostok. The mattress came in one piece-plus. But: they did not say that they did not deliver to the address. Bottom line: the driver flatly refused to deliver to the address, although 200 m down from the main highway and the goods at home. The road is good, there is a place to turn around. The operator girl threw the driver's phone to me and that's it. And all I had to say was that if you want to get home, then pay extra. I had to carry this mattress haphazardly on the roof of a passenger car with duct tape. And they took almost 5,000 rubles for its delivery from Ussuriysk - only 100 km. I called them 10 times. Tell me right away how much it costs to get home and that's it. The heads of this logistics company pay attention to this situation.

There were a lot of bad reviews in 2 gis. I thought that my cargo would be delayed or something would happen to it. But no, my cargo arrived at the warehouse two days earlier than it was announced, 2900 tenge went from Uralsk to Almaty. And in the package there was a hood from a passenger car, a grille and fasteners to it. So it was an ideal option for me, a taxi was requested for 25,000 tenge.

In no case, do not use this company. Transportation to Russia was ordered. All cargo was reinforced on flights. The washing machine was lifted by the lid, the platform was torn off. The result - everything came broken and damaged, including equipment. They sent a reply that they did not order rigid packaging.What else is needed if in flights on a rigid coupling it must be transported.The cargo was insured, and the answer is that they themselves are to blame. And they also pulled out a lock from the bike bag (not cheap). There is no question of compensation, what was insured is not clear. These are the biggest damages, I am silent about the dishes.

A sofa was brought from Russia, the city of Yekaterinburg. An additional frame was paid for. The cargo arrived almost on time and, most importantly, perfectly intact.
I picked it up myself on May 1, it was a day off and there were no traffic jams, it was very convenient that the warehouse was working.
The frame was disassembled quickly by the guys, everything was clear and the delivery was not so expensive, relative to other transport companies.

According to prices, I do not know how expensive it is, but 15 kg was taken for 5000 tenge from Almaty to Pavlodar, delivery took 3 days. This company is engaged in extortion. and it looks like this. At the beginning, I tell the client one amount, which he confirms and agrees to, but as soon as a representative of the named company picks up the order (cargo) from the sender, the price immediately changes upward. Firstly, there is a payment for the so-called air in the form of a pseudo guarantee (the company is already responsible for the cargo) and secondly, shipping documents without which transportation is actually not possible (since without their availability, it is contraband) are subject to additional payment. As a result, when the client does not agree with the invoice, he is told that the legal entity. The department will consider your application for 30 days in accordance with the legislation (15 days) in the meantime, the parcel will be in their warehouse, for the storage of which you will pay every day.
In a word, smugglers and extortionists.
