The chain broke, it was given for repair to the workshop of LLC "JUVEANNA", Mogilev. We did it for two days. I paid 26 rubles. Three days later, the chain broke in the same place and the pendant was lost. They gave a guarantee, but they did it badly. I do not recommend this workshop to anyone.

Prices for work are higher than similar products from competitors (if we talk about custom jewelry (exchange from availability)). I didn't hand over anything for repair, so I can't assess the quality of the work. The staff seemed polite and knowledgeable.
