I really love this small hotel. There are as many as three of them here in the courtyard, but in terms of price-quality ratio, I will note "John's". A very reasonable, understanding and calm host. Everything is there: air conditioning, refrigerator, ironing board, hot shower, good bed linen, etc.
The disadvantage now is the noise from the neighboring construction site, but it will end soon, and the location, of course, is fire! I have not found anything better in 10 years of trips to Sukhum.

The hotel is located right on the embankment, in its center. Next door, the Nartaa restaurant is one of the best establishments in the city, both in taste and price tag. The rooms in the hotel are clean, without any extra chic. Everything you need is available, the rooms are not small. There is an order of rooms through Booking. The owner did not object to an early check-in. A polite, pleasant person. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Very convenient location. Access to the embankment to the best cafe in Abkhazia. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, kettle, cups, iron, etc. Clean, cozy, not noisy. You need to replace the colored bed linen with hotel white, then everything will be perfect)

We had a rest in May. We liked it. There is everything you need to stay. A sincere host!!! There is almost no internal territory, but this is compensated by the location of the hotel. The center of the embankment! So I advise you.

2700 for 2 adults and 2 children! 10 meters from the sled! Is there anything better to be desired? The price includes Wi-Fi, in-room refrigerator, TV, and towels. I recommend it!

I chose a place in the center within walking distance from the Park of Glory and found a wonderful place. If anyone knows Sukhum, it is next to the Nart restaurant, right on the Makhajirov embankment, on the other side (behind the house) is the Embassy of the Russian Federation. Very cozy rooms, quiet courtyard, wonderful hosts. In any weather, you can walk along the embankment, here are the most beautiful favorite places of Sukhum. It is also convenient for a beach holiday, you can walk a little to the right from the entrance behind the seaport - there is an equipped beach, many cafes, a market nearby, or you can go to Lakoba Street (parallel to the embankment), there is a transport stop to get to other beaches (navigate on the spot - MVO-air defense, Aitar, medical), wherever you like. And in the evening - the embankment... Thank you very much to John, it was very nice to meet their wonderful family.

The only advantage is that the hotel is located right on the embankment. Maybe nothing in the summer. But I don't recommend it in the off-season. It was very cold, no heated towel rail, no underfloor heating did not work. The owners said it was broken and no one was going to fix anything. After they gave the money to the owners, they were not interested in it.

Very good location!!! We got a small, separate house with all the amenities!!!! Wonderful hosts!!!! Delicious homemade breakfasts!!!! And they met and escorted me, for which special thanks!!! Everything is just fine!!!!

The hotel itself is right on the waterfront. The room is nice, but it has never been cleaned in 14 days. Bed linen and towels were not changed. We bought toilet paper ourselves. But apparently it is provided by the rules.
