My stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Upon checking out of the hotel, I was assured that my deposit of 1,000 AED, paid on March 28, 2024, would be refunded to my card. However, it has now been over eight months, and I have yet to receive the refund.
I have made multiple attempts to contact the hotel, providing all necessary details and documents, but the issue remains unresolved. Such treatment is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer high standards of service.
The endless delays and lack of clear communication reflect poorly on the hotel’s management. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values their time, money, or peace of mind.
