I ordered it here earlier. Everything was always good: polite communication, beautiful bouquets. I made another order yesterday via telegram. The manager skipped questions, asked for the same information several times, sent unnecessary information (For example, I write: "Can I place an order in an online store?", he answers: "Here is the link to the EPIP"), could not find information about the payment — and in the end he also accused me. The site also works with errors, I couldn't pay the first time. Formally, the service has been rendered, but the mood is spoiled. And I usually treat other people with understanding (maybe it's a bad day, maybe there's a lot of work, etc.), but in the end it was just a disgusting service. One of those cases where "it would be better if I didn't buy anything at all."

The most beautiful store a huge selection can be ordered online on the Internet or directly in the store itself. The service is at a high level, even at the highest, the young man explained everything in such detail, he is so well versed in plants that he explained to me my mistakes, which caused my spathiphyllum leaves to turn yellow.
They helped me choose the pots, transplanted everything themselves and made the delivery the same evening.

The best home flower shop in Belarus, imho :)
A real jungle for the most sophisticated plant lover. The store's hall is very beautifully decorated, sometimes I just come here to meditate.
As for the staff, I would like to note the high professionalism of the guys: they will always advise a flower according to your preferences, consult in detail and pack purchases in cute bags.

I would like to write a review about the store, which at first seemed very good and pleasant in everything, but unfortunately everything turned out to be completely wrong. It all started with buying a bonsai as a gift to a girl in April 2020. At first we chose one, we wanted to buy it, but as the sellers said, they had already taken it away and offered us another one. After buying and delivering it to a new home, leaves began to fall off it slowly, then turn yellow. At first, they blamed everything on stress after moving. In the summer and autumn period, there were periodic losses of leaves, until the soil was checked, it turned out to be infected with beetles and bugs. The processing was carried out, the bugs were gone. Bonsai survived until winter and began to actively lose leaves, in the flesh to bare branches. We thought that this was the way it should be. Winter passed, the period of leaf growth began, but the bonsai was in no hurry to grow. The time came to summer, the leaves on the bonsai somehow began to grow back, but at the same time continued to lose them. This autumn, specialists who deal with bonsai were called, they came and examined the plant, the root system and got a disappointing result, the main root of the bonsai was cut and chopped off and the plant is actually dead. I am attaching a photo showing the neck of the trunk, which shows that there are no roots and they were cut off, and because of which it was planted quite deep into the ground and sprinkled with earth on top so that this problem would not be found and eliminated. In fact, the store sold a dead tree! I do not recommend buying flowers or plants in this store, unless you want to run into the same problems! It is better to come to them and see for yourself, but do not buy anything as a gift without seeing the real plant and online! It is very insulting, unpleasant and terrible that such a plant was sold, and it is very shameful in front of the girl that he gave a dead tree because of the store and their negligent relationship!

I have been looking for a flower shop for a long time where I can buy flowering cacti. And quite by chance I came across jungle on the Internet. I can say that the staff there is just great! The advantages can also include a huge variety of colors. Really huge! And at good prices. Another plus is the parrot. I fell in love with this beautiful creature. By the way, the choice of planters there is also huge. And I'm sure you'll be blown away by their originality. I really haven't seen such a huge number of planters in any flower shop that I want to buy. I also really liked the fact that the store is very easy to contact. I wrote on Instagram and they answered me right away. They answered all my questions and even set aside two cacti for me.
As a result, I went for one cactus, and bought two whole cacti, two planters and land 😁
