I highly DO NOT recommend this institution for non-residents: letters are answered, if only kicked, the help of the call center boils down to "come to our office." At the end of October 2024, the accounts were blocked and a lot of documents were requested. However, as of January 14, 2025, absolutely nothing has happened. It seems that the bank has followed the path of Comrade Bender and mastered the method of honest withdrawal of money. Update: provided information on the specified email.
