Ekaterina is just a wonderful master and professional in her field. The manicure is done efficiently, quickly and just perfect.

I went there more than once, the girl who makes eyebrows and permanent is very cool. She does great and is pleasant as a person. But manicure is terrible, or rather, at first everything was fine, they did it very well, but then something went wrong. The nails began to peel off, I told the master about it, the next manicure two nails fell off and multiple detachments. Well, the final stage, before the vacation, I had a manicure the day before the vacation and a pedicure three days before the vacation. The pedicure was bright red and three nails came off on the third day. Thank you for asking another master, who is on their lease, to redo a couple of hours before departure. Actually, only these three nails hold. I went on vacation with a skinned pedicure. I wrote them a message, they said they would get in and that's it, they don't read the message. By the way, there are also detachments on the manicure.

In my case, the customer focus is at zero. After attending the manicure and pedicure procedure, I wrote to a certain Alyona, who wrote to me in a messenger about the recording on the eve of the procedure. I wrote to her that after the procedure it was noticed that the coating on her legs was bald, which was not noticeable in the salon and turned out in daylight.
The extended nail on the index finger was almost flat without an arch and thick, although I told the master that it should be made thinner. In general, in a good way, it had to be done again, the shape under the gel apparently straightened out. The shape on the thumb is not a square at all, not even once. There is also no square on the middle finger, but the master tried to explain something to me, saying that my nail grows like that. Although before that, even if this is the case, and other masters were silent, I always had a clearly defined square and it was no different from other nails. I'll say right away that I didn't have much time, I also wrote about it in Viber that I would need to be free before a specific time, so I didn't have the strength to alter it, taking into account that the combo was not in 4 hands.
I wrote about this to the same Alyona, without complaint, on the contrary, I assumed that the master just had such a day, and she herself is probably a good master. Usually in such cases, I just don't come back, I don't write reviews or administrators at all, but I liked the salon itself and I decided to give it a chance.
What is expected when you write in such cases? At least you will get an answer. Here, Alyona immediately read the messages, but there was no response. Well, that is, neither "hello, we will try to find out what is the matter and come back to you with an answer", nor any other suggestions to somehow resolve this point. It was possible to offer another master on the next visit, maybe a slight discount - but no. It's been 6 days since I sent the message along with the photo as proof that I didn't decide to write from the ceiling, but still silence. Therefore, at least let the authorities read this review and draw conclusions, and maybe arrange some training on working with clients for employees.
The salon, by the way, is really nice. But between a beautiful interior and good service and feedback, if anything, the choice is obvious.

The Just be studio made my day! Mood and self-esteem were shaken)) I applied for keratin hair straightening and manicure-everything was done at the highest level at a convenient time for me. The interior of the studio, comfort, attention of the staff and a delicious "compliment" are unconditionally conducive to relaxation. The qualification of the masters is at a high level, at which they do not stop, improving their skills in professional courses. In order not to be unfounded - keratin straightening was done by master Julia-divine hands)) they made my hair well-groomed and silky, and I entrusted my pens to master Ales (I am very demanding of the quality and especially the delicacy of processing) and did not regret it -the perfect treatment, the beautiful shape of the nail plate and, finally, a stylish coating with premium varnish. Thanks to everyone who made me even more beautiful! I plan to try on myself other care procedures provided by the Just be studio

The salon is very cozy, beautiful, good service. I had a pedicure. Chairs are a thrill for him, well, very comfortable) The color palette is still quite small, the work of the master is 50/50. The feet were treated poorly, as if they had not been treated at all. The glare on the coating is uneven. Considering that I was in the period of a big discount, the price/ quality ratio is normal, but without a discount, I would not give such money for a pedicure of such mediocre quality.
