I applied for a second restoration of the car, including security. 4 belts were not repaired. How can you do that? The seat belts worked from behind, the driver's and passenger's seats were dangling, and there was an obvious error on the dashboard. Last time, the seat cushion was sewn up with thick threads. When it was supposed to work, the seat just burned out. They didn't mention this fact (although the second one was inserted into the bill), and I forgot to check right away. How come a lot of money was spent, and you don't give a damn about customers like that. Cool service, excellent turnkey recovery.
Before that, there was also an unpleasant incident with them. They removed the lock for the fuel hatch and referred to the fact that someone had pulled it during delivery from the USA. But he was there, and they were the only ones with the key (which can be used to open the car).
A defect from them for $ 100. As a result, I have a piece of paper that was made up in 10 minutes of visual inspection. Some of them were not entered, and what was entered under the status is unknown, whether it is subject to restoration or not.

I installed a spoiler on the car, after a while, I decided to take it off, when they took it off, I was just shocked. According to the contour of the sealant, the trunk lid is cut to the ground, the paint is chipped to the ground, $ 150 was charged for removing the original and installing a new spoiler last year, but in the end it turned out that now you need to repaint the trunk lid on a fresh car for $ 300.

I gave the car to be painted. Instead of a week, it's a month. The car was given away in terrible condition. I had to do a dry cleaning of the salon. Every detail has a crater in the varnish. Shagreen. Trash under the varnish. The influx. The rust came out. Although I painted it because of the rust. The car was given over to painting 5 elements, the color of the hinged elements and the rear wing. These works were negotiated, after the price was dropped, which differed from the originally stated almost 2 times, the color works. I decided to pick up the car and do it elsewhere, since they initially stated one cost, it turned out to be completely different. They persuaded me to leave the car, guaranteeing the quality of all work, and a discount.
We almost met the deadline, called on a certain date, informed that the car could be picked up, the time was indicated at 12 a.m. 😳
Nothing, I think they want to give the car away earlier... great.
Upon arrival, the car (black) is not painted in the color of the word at all (the whole car is in its native color except for the plastic threshold))
The weld, which was made on the car, is simply open and not protected by anything, is located on the rear arch, (as it was agreed in the works)
The car is covered in dust, dirt, it is not possible to consider the quality of the color, I remind you that the car is given away at night. I left the car to be redone.
They agreed with the shoals. The deadline was delayed for another 2 weeks. We've redone it, I'm coming for the car, this time at least in the afternoon, it's better.
The new original wing is painted with streaks of paint, in two other places on the wing the thickness of the paintwork is 800-1000 microns (the element is new, original) Why they put the cap is not clear
The doorway (it did not need to be painted, the transition was agreed) is painted all over with garbage.
In the spray, all the elements, without exception, were scrubbed in front of me, for an hour.
The hinged elements were repainted this time in color, but the opening painted with garbage remained painted the same way not in color as it was originally.
Earlier, with a bonus, they offered to paint the hood, (there was an unpleasant dent on it, I said that I would remove it in another place, as it can be done, they agreed to remove the dent on the hood so to speak with a "bonus" ... as a result, the dent was not removed, saying that the metal was stretched ... arrived in another place, the dent was removed within an hour, there is no metal stretching, it was brought to zero.

After a couple of days, I reported that the door that was removed and painted was very poorly closed. In response, they told me to come almost 2 weeks later ... I arrived, I did ... the next day after washing the car, there were huge chips of paint on the door to metal… I sent photos of the damage, the reaction is zero
In addition to this, there are still a lot of little things in the form of scratches on painted elements, paint splashes, unpolished transitions, bolts not twisted into door cards, I would generally be silent ...
