The hotel is clean, the renovation is beautiful, the interior looks expensive and rich, especially the elevator.
The food was not delicious, the chicken in the soup was straight homemade, it did not smell very pleasant.
Although the broth was normal. The portions are large, but not tasty. Kebabs in general - goodbye, we listened to the aroma and did not even touch it. Lyulya kebab is dry and not tasty, stupidly minced chicken with large pieces of onion on dry lovash, it is not possible to eat - it stank of something incomprehensible. The red sauce that is served with the dishes is also not clear - either barbecue or something else, very liquid…
From what was not too bad: Greek salad with plastic tomatoes and croutons, horseradish sauce is also strange served with them, very tasty corona beer in a Bottle, thank you for serving with a slice of lime.
There are no bathrobes in the room. The TV is very far from the bed, the bed linen is clean, the room is clean, there was no drink opener, but then they brought it, the refrigerator was not turned off immediately, the room was not pre-ventilated.
There is no handle in the shower cabin, which makes it difficult to close the door behind you, there is no watering can, only a rain shower.
In the afternoon, at 15:00, the electric power was turned off, but the automatic diesel generator worked and after a couple of minutes everything worked.
In general, the emotions of visiting this hotel are not unambiguous, for the same money we have been to better hotels with tastier food.
The service is normal, the girl who brought the food was out of shape and without a badge it was not clear that she was an employee of the room service, but she was quite courteous, so I wanted to leave a tip. It was probably the only thing that did not cause unpleasant emotions.
The guy at the reception is also a darling, he told me and showed me everything.
In general, what is stated in the advertisement, to put it mildly, does not fully correspond to reality, I hope that something will be decided with food at this hotel.

The hotel is cool and modern. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a buffet. Simple and delicious. There is a nice quiet bar. We lived for a week, we liked everything. Thank you for your hospitality.

A fairly new and fresh hotel.
Spacious rooms - lots of light and air. Attentive staff demonstrating oriental hospitality.
The beautiful architecture of the building differs favorably from the modern "new model" nearby. The only thing I would like to wish is to decorate the surrounding landscape (flowers, shrubs), which will immediately increase the level of perception of the hotel.

The Koktobe Hotel has met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The photos are completely true. A large, beautiful restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very tasty). There is also a bar with a very interesting design, good furniture, the bartender and staff are professionals in their field! It's nice when people treat their business with full dedication and responsibility. We will definitely come back to you!

We chose the hotel for a long time, we were afraid that we would lose the choice.When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. It is located not far from the city center.The cafe-restaurant is excellent, delicious cuisine,pleasant interior. Clean, cozy rooms, the room has a refrigerator, a Smart TV, which was very pleasantly surprised. So the sauna is tin, I thought it was so-so, but everything turned out to be very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is very pleasing because of the diversity. If you are passing through this city, I advise you to stop here.

The hotel is good!
1) The rooms are all fresh, beautiful, with modern renovation and design. The room has a refrigerator, safe, air conditioning. Lots of towels. And slippers) Everything you need for comfort was there. The only thing is that Wi-Fi didn't always work well(
2) The reception was open around the clock, the young man at the counter was always ready to help. He answered clearly and to the point.
3) Breakfast was also included in the price. In general, the breakfast is modest: scrambled eggs, sausages, porridge, cereals. There are also several types of buns, cheeses, and sausages. In general, you can eat enough.
4) The hotel had a spa area. The sauna, alas, did not work, but the hammam was good. The pool is cool, after the hammam it's the best.
5) There is also a laundry service, everything was washed quickly and delivered to the room in a little less than a day. Things can also be ironed.
6) There is parking in the backyard. I was confused by the fact that it does not close at night (but this is not accurate). There is also a separate room for smokers on the 1st floor.
7) The saddest thing is the cafe on the 1st floor. Sometimes the food was brought for a very long time ((( Although the food is delicious.. But it's sad to wait about an hour, of course… But the bartender worked well.
Overall, we have positive impressions. Beautiful, clean.
