Ужасный сервис! Никакой гибкости! Сотрудник, не смотря на пылесос, сразу сделала заключение о том, что это дефект эксплуатации! Это как Вы так решаете? Причем общалась грубо. Въезд на парковку: звонишь в звонок - никто не открывает. Пешком сходил попросил открыть - все-равно ждать пришлось. Резюме такое - больше не куплю ни одной вещи Керхер!

The absolutely disgusting attitude of the service towards consumers! Rudeness, refusal to be responsible for the quality of the supplied spare parts, which they sell for overprice. I don't think anyone can fix anything under warranty. In ANY case, YOU will be the one to blame! Then you buy spare parts for your equipment for a lot of money, and it fails over and over again turning into consumables, and ONLY YOU will be to blame for this, but not the manufacturer and in no case the service! If you start to conduct a polemic out of your own interests, the service will deny your guilt, avoid questions, and then they will simply hang up and stop answering calls, in e-mail correspondence they will offer to send all claims on a piece of paper with an indication of the return address in order to prolong the proceedings forever. If you have the opportunity to purchase NON-Kercher brand equipment, especially professional ones, consider this option, because at the first breakdown you will experience grief, and then they will simply start milking you for money and NOTHING will EVER be fixed or changed for free.

The service spoils everything related to technology, I bought a K5 sink in February, the warranty is 5 years, as a result, in September I stopped creating pressure, took it to the service, and the service, if you can call it that, writes a conclusion that this is not a warranty case, they say the operating conditions were violated, allegedly the device worked without water... Although in my case it is connected to a central water supply with constant pressure. After this so-called service, all desire to buy Kercher equipment disappeared, especially considering the price of the product
