I don't advise anyone to come here. For such a price in St. Petersburg, for example, the room will be quite acceptable. But here... There are no words. Firstly, as real tourists, we decided to walk around the city, of course, we returned late, since the hostel is very far from the center. We arrived at about 00:00, the door was closed, no one answered, then they told us to wait, we were sitting alone on the street at night, unknown where, in a foreign country. Then, after I asked, we were told that the hostel is open until 23:00. It wasn't written in any rules, although we read everything on purpose, they didn't tell us anything in words either. But it was mentioned several times that drunk driving is not allowed on the territory. Despite this, the man was lying in such a state right in front of our room, apparently as a bonus. Also, the lock to our room broke, so we were offered to leave all our things there, in an open room, where there is such a contingent around... And when we decided to take our expensive computer and take it with us, there was a claim that we did not trust... And why all of a sudden? There is also dirt in the room, it stinks of socks, the mattress on the bed goes back and forth. Bed linen for a double bed- two sheets, obviously not for a double bed. Everything is broken, old. Welcome to The Soviet Union.

The place is popular with companies looking for a secluded place to relax. We rested here in the summer of 2023 from Friday to Saturday. If there are no special requests, then the place is suitable. The water was hot, the staff understood why people rent a room for three. The only disadvantage is audibility. They were having a good time in the next room too. It is so audible that I wanted to share my experience))

Too economical. Everything is very old, there is not enough cleanliness. There is simply no comfort. Private sector, in order to leave the hotel by car, you need to find a lady from the reception. The TV is antique, without a remote control. I do not recommend it, from the word at all.

It so happened that our car broke down in Minsk. We stayed at this hotel for the duration of the renovation. Olesya met us, polite and attentive. Since we did not know when the car would be repaired, we agreed on a daily payment for the hotel. We paid for it every day for 7 days. On the 8th day, we were promised to make a car by the evening. We agreed that we would pay half the cost of the stay by the evening, we gave the required amount, but after 4 hours Olesya's shift came and started kicking us out of the hotel, shouting that she didn't know anything so that we could get out. We have never seen such rude treatment anywhere, she did not even allow us to leave our things so that we could go and find out what was wrong with the car. We had to go to the other side of the city with our suitcases in the cold in the evening and wait at the car service station when they would give us the car. To be honest, I was horrified by this attitude.

I rented a single standard, 50 rubles. day. The impressions are twofold: on the one hand, a spacious room, a large 2-seater bed, a large wardrobe, a refrigerator, a TV, a shower, a comfortable sofa, a table next to it- it's a nice thing to sit with a company, there is a sauna ... BUT everything is so OLD AND SHABBY that it negates all the advantages. Cosmetic repairs in the premises have never been done from the word never, wiped, stained, broken ... A 20' diagonal TV with one hissing program. The shower, toilet are broken and everything that can flow... The extractor hood works on the principle of air distillation between rooms (cigarette smoke and stink), so I had to "seal up" with improvised materials tightly... They promised to clean the room once a week with a bed change - there was no. I gave 3 stars only because of the maid girls, they are also watchmen, friendly and friendly. The director of this chain of "mini-hotels" is an arrogant boor with whom the desire to communicate disappears at the 1st minute of the dialogue ... The result is that there is no place to spend 1 night, you can, but no more...

This is a guest house. The number is just to be transferred. I didn't take pictures. We rented a double room for 60 rubles. The room has a double bed, a chair, a sofa, a table, a wardrobe, a small TV. They gave me 2 towels. Kettle and microwave in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet. Everything is not fixed ) Hot water is supplied stably. Parking at the entrance to the house for 4 cars. It closes with a gate. 4 BY day. When you leave the house, you immediately stop. Trolleybuses run frequently. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the Bolshoi Theatre.

A little constructive remark for those who invested in the hotel, but...I was disappointed. Why don't we look at the situation from the other side? Let's say it's possible with humor. I have been staying in Kadma often and for a long time. But only now I begin to understand that the vintage mattresses and curtains of the hotel, its monumental fireplaces and staircases, cold tap water, leaves in the pool and other interior and household compositions are nothing but Art Deco (architectural design "antique" invented by the Gauls). That is, it was intended. )))) Initially. A commercial move. An original business feature that the metrodotels tried to lure the guest with. It just turns out that not all the guests understand this. But seriously... In fact, the hotel is under reconstruction. Slowly, but inevitably, like Bruce Willis's baldness, the hotel is moving towards a model, gradually eliminating annoying gaps in terms of renovation and everyday life. And that's a plus. It would be much worse if his leadership treated the imperfect as due. In addition, this hotel also has "stars".))) At least two. Admins. I like their approach to issues of discomfort. These questions are closed on pure enthusiasm, without claims to the "like" of the guest or a tick from above. As Stephen King once said: a hotel is not so much walls as people, staff... This is about Cadmus admins, obviously. As a result, we have a quite tolerable picture. Let's add here the general cleanliness, home comfort, and a daily fifty kopecks. It will turn out brighter. Because nowadays 50 rubles is to go to Euroopt and come out with nothing. Or if you want, this money is worth a speck of dust that fell on your raincoat from the chandelier of the Amrago Plaza in San Miguel de Allende. And this must be understood. The terrible condition of the guest house. She lived in room 307 from March 13 to 17, 2023. Shabby walls, the ceiling is supported by a beam against the wall (danger of destruction), a window like in public toilets (50 by 30). The sofa is dirty, stained with an unpleasant smell. furniture from the 80s, as in the builders' cabin. the only thing that calmed me was the presence of clean pastels and a palette (2 pcs.). And the "cherry on the cake" was their disinfection (baiting cockroaches and bedbugs) on the day of my departure without warning and signage for this event. When I returned to the "hotel", I met two people in camouflage clothes and masks with appliances and diesel equipment. It was impossible to breathe, but I went to the room to get my things.As it turned out, my room was wide open, they sprayed the food, my things, and my suitcase with a solution. no one was responsible for the safety. to the question: why wasn't I warned? The young girl replied that I had nothing to do with it, because she had just taken over the shift. There was no one else to talk about this topic with.I'm glad I jumped out of this stench alive. I never advise anyone to even cross the threshold of this "building", let alone live in it.

That's horrible. I can forgive that when booking the room it cost 46 rubles, and upon arrival it turned out to be 58 (although I was not notified of this in any way). I can forgive the shabby walls, and the lack of curtains on the windows. I can forgive the lack of slippers, shampoo (my own with me). I'm a pretty humble person and all I needed from the room was to be able to sleep peacefully and take a shower. So the second one didn't work out. It is impossible to wash with such a pressure of water and with such a watering can.

The lowest level hotel in Minsk!It feels like the 80s have returned.Everything is old and ancient.There is an old dirty curtain hanging in the room with three different colors of clips, the bed is all skipped, which has long been in the landfill.The TV was without a steering wheel, when they gave out the remote control they couldn't watch anything, it turned out to be a problem with the antenna.There are simply no words about the bath, the curtain was a ragged penny.I don't advise anyone, it's better to rent a budget apartment.The owner does not want to invest any money.It's a shame to treat people like that nowadays.....

However, the rooms are very authentic, absolutely old plumbing and furniture, creaky beds, windows that do not open normally. If you are not picky and you just need to do more business in the city than comfortably spend time in a hotel - you will have an excellent choice. Trolleybuses run from the bus stop to the center, and taxi prices are very low.

We were in October, Water to choose from: either heating in batteries or from the tap! In the first day there was neither one nor the other, we complained, we were moved to the next room - with heating, BUT without hot tap water. The next day in the morning we were woken up and asked to move again, allegedly because the director had booked the room to which we were moved and did not tell anyone. I didn't want to swear - we moved. The rooms are terrible, the mattress was burned, something white was spilled on the sofa and dried long ago (confirming photos are available). Curtains with cigarette holes! The other rooms have the same thing. The only advantage of this "hostel hotel" is a female receptionist, blonde, elderly. She tried in every way to fix the situation. I took her to wash in a kind of "sauna", if you can call it that, garbage was floating in the pool, everything was very old and not well maintained, it was not pleasant to be there. Her job is thankless and Her fault is not in such a state of "state-run dorms", no one has repaired or serviced the building for a thousand years, as well as the rooms. The director apparently doesn't care about his business and he only wants money. We paid 1200 rubles for 1 night, but it is better to spend the night in a sleeping bag outside. I do not recommend this place.
