All that I liked about this cafe is the renovation and music, the rest is TERRIBLE!
The waiter girl took my husband and I's lunch order today.
I ordered a set of kholodnik + pancakes with ham / cheese and coffee.
My husband has a cold case + potatoes with sausage.
It turned out there was no refrigerator, my husband ordered broth, I took away the hot stuff and took only pizza.
They brought me coffee immediately after ordering, soup 15 minutes later, and another 20 minutes later, a second one for my husband.
I waited all 35-40 minutes for my pizza, and by that time, of course, the coffee had cooled down.
We were shocked, I can't say anything.
The food is not tasty at all, the pizza dough inside was raw.

I really want to leave a NEGATIVE review, although I do this very, very rarely!
The rudeness of the staff, discontent that they disturbed the peace - there was not a single person in the institution!
Not just for a long time, but for a VERY long time the ordered dishes were waiting, borscht was not marked as vegetarian on the menu, but meat was not found even under a microscope! Locally made dumplings are not bad, but overcooked, the dough spread when touched, but to all this there is a flock of midges climbing into a glass with water and juice! In short, a nightmare. As someone wrote in the review - one star, and that's for repairs.

Terrible attitude of the staff. We came to order a family dinner, the cafe employee was rude and indignant when we asked questions about the volume of dishes and serving. I repeated 5 times that you can't bring your own food and drinks, although we weren't going to. The waiter kept saying that we ordered very little food. We asked for an alcohol consultation, to which we were told, look for yourself, and another client is waiting for me. Very cozy, beautiful serving of dishes in beautiful dishes. The Greek salad and machanka are gorgeous. The coffee is great.
