I bought a magnum battery, in mid-December 2020, the battery has a production date of the end of November 2020, at the first frosts at minus 15 the car did not start, opening the hood I found that the battery was covered with glue and as if swollen. I turned to the official website with an appeal to the reclamation manager, the question was asked why in the first frosts the battery rummaged and sat down and whether this is a warranty case or not. The answer was given that this is not a warranty case, that the battery was severely discharged (charging current on the instrument panel 13.7 - 14.2), and is covered by the battery, because (the place for the battery is not regular, the car after an accident, the aerodynamics of the hood space, insulate somehow, but without closing the ventilation holes on the traffic jams or central)The accumulator is regular, there was no accident, in the regular place. I decided to check the density and it was 1.20, which is less than 50% of the charge, and for this reason frost appears in - 15. Although I bought two more batteries from this manufacturer, they work properly. But the reclamation manager blamed me for all the malfunctions, because of these accusations I will never buy batteries from this manufacturer again..
