Of all the clinics in Mogilev, this center is the best. Everyone is friendly, caring, and empathetic. People who love what they do.
The center itself is equipped with everything that small creatures need. And what struck me the most was the day hospital, where animals are treated, fed, and monitored. And in the evening they let me go home. This is a real delight! Now it's just this clinic.
The prices are quite affordable.

I went to the Bazilevsky clinic, but I did not find there a proper attitude from surgeons to my pet for their super prices!And it was in this way that the surgeons and anesthesiologists completely enveloped us with their attention and professionalism!The surgeon Grazhina Vitolnovna, together with her colleagues, performed a difficult operation on my shepherd Buran's tail.
They removed the neoplasm and the entire rehabilitation process, worried and wondered how he was feeling and how the wound was healing.We found out and consulted with colleagues from Minsk and even St. Petersburg, since it was the first time they encountered such a neoplasm so that it would not turn out to be malignant, since histology tests did not give complete confidence.

About 4 years ago, when we were visiting our parents in Mogilev, we urgently needed an appointment with a veterinarian. We happened to have an appointment with Maria Feliksovna Poguzhelskaya. At that moment, it became clear that this was what a veterinarian should be: an expert, an empath, with a touch of irony and a professional with a capital letter. For several years we wanted to find such a doctor in Minsk, but we found one in Mogilev. Since then, we have been making all serious decisions about the health of our tails only with her.
We have already had so many victories and surgeries: from stones in the bladder to removal of tumors, recoveries. We joke at home that if we ever move to Mogilev, it will only be to be closer to her.
A couple of years ago, she started working at Kakadu Vet and we moved to this clinic, of course. We are thrilled, there are so many cool specialists in one place. From the very nice reception, who already greet us by the name of our tails, to all the other doctors. I haven't had a negative experience with anyone yet, and that's rare.

I contacted this clinic on 03/14/25. The cat has dental problems. Doctor Poguzhelskaya Maria Feliksovna. They examined the mouth, took blood tests, prescribed medications and oral sanitation under anesthesia on 03/21/25. They said to bring it to the clinic from 9 to 9.30 and leave it. 03/21/25 brought it, left it. They said they would call back at 13-14 hours. and you can pick up the cat. I didn't get the call.
I called myself at 13.0 – they didn't start the renovation. I thought that the doctor was making an appointment, and he would do the sanitation between appointments, perhaps he would hurry up and do it as best he could. I started to worry. At 15.0, I called back again. They didn't start anything again. Then he started asking. It turned out that the doctor only performs operations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and then sees patients. The order of operations is determined by the anesthesiologist. We called back at 16.20. You can pick it up. I arrived at 5.10 p.m. and waited for another 10 minutes. The cat was given away by another young lady. She immediately invited me to the table to tell me the result of the renovation. First, I went to the carrier, opened it, made sure that the cat was alive, and took it out. There was a diaper in the carrier (I put it in when I was taking it to the clinic), it was half in cat urine. I replaced the diaper, sprinkled it with disinfection (it's good that I took another one), then sat down at the table. He asked the lady to introduce herself. She gave me a name. He asked me to identify myself in full. Reluctantly, she named her middle name. She refused to give her last name. She said she was the only one with that name, and everyone knew her anyway. She gave her name as Darya Dmitrievna. This is the first time I've encountered this. Seeing the condition in which they wanted to give the cat to me and without naming it, there was no complete trust in the person. She showed a diagram of the cat's mouth with teeth removed. However, I got confused with the number of deleted ones. At first, 4, then 5, when I took a closer look myself, it turned out to be 4. I even corrected it in the statement. I answered the question about the feed. Biochemistry showed elevated creatinine (the kidneys don't work that way). She talked about the need to give the cat 3 ivs. (That's what the doctor said.) I agree, but I refused. I'm unlikely to do it myself, but it won't work to take a cat to the clinic for 3 days. However, I could not answer what creatinine is and what its function is. I gave you a printout of the total. a blood test, and a piece of paper with part of the biochemical results. Analysis. The biochemistry date is 03/21/25 and the results are completely the same as the biochemistry results for 03/14/25. I am not a doctor. They told me about the general blood test on 03/21, I paid for it, they didn't say anything about biochemistry and I didn't pay for it. Of course, after the operation, I really wanted to talk directly with the doctor and find out all the details. But she was hosting the reception.
Please keep in mind who will operate on the animal:
Be prepared that the animal can spend 6-7 hours in the clinic before the start of the operation (depending on the number of patients and the complexity of the operation).
The animal should be in a cage waiting for surgery at the clinic. It is better to make sure that the animal has been transplanted into a cage from a carrier. After the operation. Also in a cage.
They may not tell you about the organizational aspects of the operation. It's better to ask yourself, so as not to worry.
Take a close look at the form in which the animal is given to you.
After the operation, you may be advised not by the person who performed it, but by a completely different person.
The prescribed medications may not be in the clinic's vet file. And the question of where to find it may also not be answered.
There are no questions to the attending physician Poguzhelskoy M. F.. She carefully examined the animal, took blood tests, gave recommendations, made appointments, and answered all questions correctly. I explained it in detail. The medical discharge did not raise any questions, everything is described in detail and clearly. The cat is doing well after the operation. I brought it home and immediately ate a lot (150g of baby food). Touching the mouth does not cause noticeable pain. The bad teeth were removed. Some of the destroyed gums were stitched up. This is a professional doctor. The rating is 5 stars.
The opinion of the clinic's management is interesting:
Tell me, why does the person who consults after the operation not mention his last name and does not wear a badge? Is that the way you do it? Is she really a veterinarian like she said?

Two years ago, she saved a 13-year-old paralyzed Yorke who was abandoned by three vet.doctors in different clinics and offered only euthanasia.Maria Feliksovna was advised to us (although there was no hope anymore) and she helped, prescribed treatment and the dog ran for two more years contrary to all forecasts.A year later, the pancreas was treated the same way (the dog was also in very poor condition).But in this case, the right treatment was prescribed, which helped.Everything was always assigned to the case, nothing superfluous.There was support and understanding, and a wonderful , reverent attitude towards the animal.

Five days of long-term ivs have passed, and visits to measure blood pressure, and I continue to take the cat for weekly injections.. The cat was very stressful, but the medical staff was able to find an approach to her, even measured the pressure in a darkened room, if only she was comfortable. There are still tests, constant monitoring and treatment ahead, but I am glad that the initial choice fell on this clinic and I am very grateful to the staff for their sensitivity and professionalism.

My cat died as a result of the incompetence of the doctors of this clinic.
They did not assume the diagnosis, which caused the death of the pet, only during the period of exacerbation they did catheterization and were hospitalized in a hospital, where there was a physical from the ivs.solution and injection of analgin.
Gabapentin is also prescribed, under which the pet is sluggish and sedentary, respectively, its real condition is unclear.
There are also very big questions about the reliability of the tests, because before the pet's death, the blood biochemistry showed supposedly good results, which could not have been the case with his diagnosis.
Dear clinic management, if you save on reagents and give false results based on the visual condition of the animal, then remember that this is a criminal case.
The results of the tests were not given to the hands.
Doctors are friendly until you start asking questions about the topic.
Result:the treatment was carried out incompetently, which led to the progression of the underlying disease, the necessary tests and examinations were not prescribed, the cat was given home to die, which was not warned about, and they also said to feed it, although the animal was almost extinct.
Those pretended that they gave away a functioning organism, and the owner is to blame for the death?
Experts do not know the breed characteristics of animals, on the basis of which, possible diseases can be assumed.
This indicates low qualifications and the ability to work only with farm animals.
It's not even the hired employees who are to blame for such work, but the owners of this clinic, because money is their priority.
Animal owners would like to say that they receive several opinions, study the problem themselves, and do not hesitate to ask for analyses and research results, even despite the ill-will of specialists.
Like all clinics in Mogilev, they can cope with frivolous pet problems, if the disease is serious or an animal with special features, then everything will come to a sad result.

The prices are not low, but for castration and some Vaccinations they give bonuses in the form of feed.
