The staff may be normal. But a couple rested with us, 3 days longer than us and 30% cheaper. We arrived from Belarus together. Only Kaleidoscope knows how it happened. The request was for a hotel for young people, 70% are pensioners. The consultant guided us by the photo of the map that the hotel is not big, and the other part is a neighboring hotel, it turned out that it was all ours and we lived there. She said that take the 5th floor, there are rooms with repairs, it turned out that there are no 5 floors in 2 buildings, maximum 4. All this means that there is a huge desire to sell a ticket to an uninformed tourist with a large percentage. And so, it seems normal, rested, but overpaid, all vacationers were shocked by our cost. Many thanks to the Kaleidoscope team for a wonderful stay. It so happened that we worked with all the managers. We were bribed by the fact that we stayed and answered all questions after the end of the working day, supported in the selection and sorted out all the nuances when choosing a hotel. The manager Oksana was very scrupulous when processing documents, tactful and attentive. We are happy with our Kaleidoscope vacation!!! Thank you for the wonderful work!
