We probably got to this place at the wrong time, a lot of people, crowded, stuffy, queues, and the pricing is strange, I came for the crown, but the cost of the top of the crown at 200 rubles surprised me very much, with a cat in the house it is a very strange investment. The store was crowded, it was difficult to see anything, it was scary to hook or cannons and smash them. The staff at the checkout and the receptionist are not friendly to the visitor. For example, I bought several toys, one of them cost 72 rubles, I did not notice such a high price, because I already had a toy in my basket for 7 rubles 20 kopecks. Everything was punched, I held up the phone for payment at the same time as the announced figure for payment. And at the moment of realizing that something was wrong, the money was debited. I did not leave the cash register and began to look at the receipt, when the girls showed me the cost of this toy, I asked to cancel the payment. But it turned out that the toys are non-refundable. I didn't even leave the cash register! This is not a refund, but a cancellation. The administrator, of course, could not help in any way. She offered to choose other toys or jewelry for this amount. In a crowded store. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Which I did. It's about impressions about the store and the staff. Regarding the assortment: fine, not usual, for every taste and everything is beautiful and high-quality.
