We ordered a sauna - it was clean, cozy, and the relaxation room in the sauna was not large (8 people maximum), but this did not affect the rest in any way))
The bathroom has everything you need! (Along with the sauna, I advise you to take a heated Jacuzzi (located right at the entrance to the sauna) - I really liked it after the sauna to cool off and then soak in the Jacuzzi))
Dishes, cutlery, water, clean bathroom.
15 minutes from Molodechno (the road is normal)!
The rest was definitely 5 stars, and this is the merit of the owner of the estate!
I would also like to add lighting near the barbecue area, but these are small things)

An atmospheric place! Everything is done with a sense of taste and uniform style. The house has cool old restored furniture, giving charm to the interior. Cool sauna with outdoor Jacuzzi and lake. VERY friendly and pleasant host, besides a cool master of vaping! In short, it's a very cool place!

We decided to celebrate the evening of the alumni meeting (35 years old) with our friendly class in the format of a vacation in an agricultural estate. The choice fell on Kamyanitsa. I dialed the owner's phone and solved all organizational issues within almost 10 minutes. The owner provided the cook's phone number and everything was also resolved promptly and clearly in a two-way dialogue mode, taking into account all wishes and suggestions. I would also like to note the kindness and sociability of the owner Yuri, if there were any questions, he always answered the phone, he contacted the messengers within 2-5 minutes. We gathered on February 1, 2025. Everyone was delighted with the atmospheric, clean and cozy guest house, the table turned out to be gorgeous, and the weather also did not disappoint. Although the estate is located in an agricultural town, it is practically on the outskirts, so if you are looking for peace, you are here. Some of our guests stayed the night- and there's no question about that either! After the holiday, an early departure around 12 o'clock was not in our plans, and a sauna was ordered for 3 o'clock, and everything was great here, too, a steam room, a relaxation room - everything is on the level. A wonderful manor! We celebrated our wedding here, everything went just fine. A large clean banquet hall, a beautiful large territory (many locations for photos), very tasty food, chefs and waiters are nice professional people. There was a place to accommodate guests for the night. The children at the wedding were not bored, the territory was large, there was a place to wear and play. A gorgeous place, photos and videos don't even come close to conveying all the beauty and comfort. The territory is simply huge, amazing nature, atmosphere and views. The wedding was celebrated there for 2 days, absolutely all the guests were delighted! The banquet hall is very large, bright with huge windows, but at the same time cozy and atmospheric. A wedding was celebrated with friends at the manor. This place completely fits the format of our event. A quiet, peaceful place, a huge territory, friendly people. I would like to note that the territory is very well maintained and beautiful. The houses and the bathhouse are clean and tidy!!! (in our experience, this is not always found), a sufficient amount of bed linen, towels, dishes. All the issues that arose were resolved very quickly, thanks to Yuri for his attentiveness and responsiveness! I would like to return to this place again and I am not ashamed to recommend it to people.

We celebrated a children's holiday - the graduation of elementary school - everything was sooo great. There is plenty of room for children to frolic, there is a football field and a volleyball court, everything is very beautiful and well maintained, there are many corners for relaxation and photo zones. The gazebo for the celebration is very thoughtful. There is a kitchen and a cook - everything is very tasty, cooked in huge quantities, fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend it.

We celebrated the Anniversary of my husband. I really liked the manor. It's cozy, everything in the house is done as if you visited your grandmother's house. The bathhouse is cool. The only disadvantage was that there was no oven, they did not know about it, they found out when they arrived and it was good that they were not very far from home, but still had to go home to use the oven.
And not all 100 were noted this way.🥰

I didn't have the best impressions of this place. The website contains information that the rental price is 30 rubles per person per DAY. We held a New Year's corporate party. The cost is 35 rubles and not per day!!!Check-in was at 16.00. At one o'clock in the morning, we were urgently kicked out, although some of the people had already left, everything was cleared on the tables, and a taxi was waiting. Another joke is that you need to take off your shoes. The slipper is available, but the sizes are small, it was very uncomfortable for men!!! The portable speaker is very quiet. They provide a barbecue, but here's the caveat again: a barbecue full of ashes!!! Among the advantages: dishes and kitchen. I do not recommend it!!!!!

Kamyanitsa Manor is a cozy place located away from noisy neighbors. Great for a couple's vacation. We held a small corporate party for 12 people. Everyone was comfortably accommodated. The manor is tastefully decorated. There are a lot of old and interesting things in the interior. A large area. Be located at a distance from residential buildings. The sauna is just great. Classic Russian steam room. Steam + ice hole (it was winter) = a great mood boost. The houses and the bathhouse were flooded. It was warm to sleep. There is a football and volleyball field on site. There is also a large covered terrace for events in summer. The impressions were only positive. The hosts are very polite.

We had a rest in the manor at the end of January in the number of 20 people. There was enough space for everyone, the owner kindly provided an additional 2 beds in the relaxation room in the sauna. With a warm air conditioner, sleep was comfortable despite the cold. A very cozy atmosphere in the main room, a huge table, garlands, an oven that was heated in advance, a wi-fi receiver with Bluetooth, which simplified the need to bring additional equipment.
Special tribute should be paid to the bathhouse. The steam is extremely soft and comfortable. I liked it so much that they asked me to flood the bathhouse on Sunday before departure an additional time. The bathhouse is heated for 4 hours and retains heat for the same time. Despite the fact that the owner showed where and how to throw firewood, there was no need for this. Usually removable baths are dry, like not a swamp, but it was perfect here. Towels, hats and brooms, although they carried their own, but everything was provided at the place additionally (brooms for an additional fee).
Special thanks to the owner of the estate, Yuri, for the patient answers to simple questions (is there a barbecue, what size, how many dishes, etc.). Since we agreed on the estate in a month and a half, during this time we constantly clarified any points in Viber. There was never an answer "I explained everything to you, you saw everything for yourself, look at the site, etc.), I always answered kindly, you rarely find this.
Everyone liked it. We will definitely come again!

Everyone liked the sauna - both adults and children. The owner has created the right moisture-temperature regime in the bath, so it is easy to steam, there is enough oxygen, steam does not burn, brooms do not dry. The premises are clean. There is a small pond to take a dip. Silence and beautiful nature around.

The wedding was celebrated on August 6th. We celebrated so well that we only got to the review today.
We were looking for a cozy place with a large territory, a neat gazebo (without excessive decoration), and so that we could dance until the morning without disturbing the neighbors.
All of the above was in Kamenica.
Thanks to the host Yuri and his beautiful wife for their help and openness to our wishes.
We and the guests (there were 80 of them) really liked it. I liked it so much that those who were not going to stay for the second day decided to come)

We were celebrating a birthday. Booked from Friday to Sunday. The manor is wonderful, very cozy, all the little things are thought out - kitchen, dishes, bed linen, bathroom and shower. We were accommodated in two houses, one also had a living room and a kitchen, the other had only sleeping places. There are literally 10 steps between them, but it was very important for those who wanted to go to bed early in silence. It was fashionable to come even with small children. Very friendly host. And the cat-) the furniture is homely, a rocking chair on the veranda, very comfortable sofas in the living room, antique reconstructed furniture, 7 double beds. Plus extra beds if there are more people. Everyone liked the sauna very much. There is everything for kebabs on the street. The impressions are wonderful, thank you very much!

We celebrated a birthday. We arrived on Friday evening, planned to leave on Sunday morning, but this place attracts, and we extended it for another day. I tried a lot of baths until I got into this one , steam does not gently dry , does not burn , for 3 hours of steaming the stove copes without problems , shelves are at the right level , convenient layout , next to the bathhouse there is a pond for dipping , which is important for bath gourmets , a quiet calm place , kind and caring owners .

We visited the estate on March 13-14, the company of 8 people.
First the good things: the sauna is excellent.
But, this is not the first or second time we have rested in the estates of Belarus, we have considerable experience, and we understand WHAT is IMPORTANT in rest ...
Now about the cons..
There is only cold water in the mixer in the bath, if you want to wash after the bath, take it into the basin from the tap.
There is no trash can in the recreation room in the bathhouse, think for yourself. If I go to the forest, I think over garbage bags, services are not provided here for free, but we get one bucket in the house in the kitchen and that's it.
In the shower, there is no pallet in the house, the concrete floor is wet, there is a feeling of dampness, you will not stand with bare feet.
It's cool in the house, you can't heat the stove. The owner heated it, said that we had enough. And it's early spring, the nights are cold, and, frankly, it was cool at night. An attempt to flood the stove without disturbing the owners ended in a smoke-filled house (((
It should be noted that we are experienced people in this: this is not the first time we heat the oven, open the valves, understand the principle perfectly, observe all precautions and safety precautions.
6. The house does not close, the owner does not give the key, so when we were steaming in the bath, the house with things (money, documents and car keys) was open. Like no one walks here, as the owner said (and this is a residential village!!)
7. The firewood is raw (the owner warned us about this on the phone the day before), we had to bring our firewood and coal from Minsk. Although it could have been thought about in advance, renting a house is not a penny (I'll be honest, we agreed with a 450r bathhouse for 10 people, 8 of us arrived, 7 spent the night, the owner threw off 50r)
There are no parking spaces on site. On the website, attention, a spacious parking lot is declared ON the territory of the estate.
Parking is offered on the street along the road.
We drove into the territory, since there is simply no gate (due to the fact that we were there for the first time, of course, the infrastructure is not known to us - where is the path, where is the grass, etc.), there was snow in places, there were puddles, mud. The owner asked us to leave in a semi-aggressive manner, which already made us think about the correctness of our choice! The rest of the guests (there were only 4 cars) had to park along the road. Unfriendly hosts who were not at all interested in how we enjoyed our stay. The next day, before our departure, with dissatisfied faces, they flew into the house, did not even say hello, and immediately began to check if we had broken anything, which is unpleasant, because we always try to leave everything behind as clean and tidy as possible. Yes, we were with the dog (agreed before arrival with the owner), she was always outside, and when it was necessary to let her into the house, we always wiped her paws and belly. When the owners were in a hurry, he ran 1 time into the corridor, and they tell us that the dog runs 100 times back and forth!!! Why these unfounded accusations?...
and when we left, they stood aside, almost with their backs to us, not even going to say goodbye to us. After such an attitude, I absolutely do not want to return to this place again. It's a shame that the human factor spoils the overall holiday experience.
It seems that we are the first, so to speak, casual guests in this manor. All those who were before and left their reviews (all identically good, 7 pieces) on various resources are probably friends-acquaintances-relatives of the owner. It is impossible to leave an alternative review (laudatory), with constructive criticism on many sites where this estate is presented, the moderators simply do not publish them. The sad fact is that the owners of the estate are not for healthy competition and attracting customers with their attitude, but by artificially inflating the rating.
Definitely, not a foot in this manor anymore. Thanks for another experience, we haven't seen this for a long time.
