I ordered a tempura roll in a Capybara with pickup. I came home , opened it, and was surprised. I haven't seen this for a long time. The rolls are cut as thick as boiled sausage, about 1 cm thick))) only two pieces were as expected, which, in fact, caught my eye. And so there was an immediate desire to weigh this creation. In the appendix for this position, the net weight of the roll is stated at 280 g, and on the scales together with the container is 259. Well, I see. In short, they CHEAT ON WEIGHT in Capybara . Unexpectedly, but a fact, I will attach a photo. And they also put the cores, you know, which in normal establishments are cut off from the edges, but here they put a piece of rice cleanly without filling. There was a feeling that capybara takes care of its reputation and monitors the quality of the goods (this has never happened in Hippo), but I was deceived in Capybara in Euroopt (Moskovsky 130 , near the Mainland. I ordered sushi on January 31st at 7.27 pm for delivery, ordered a set for 70p, after two hours of waiting, I decided to ask where the promised delivery was??? To which the girl replied that they had a big shipment today and the sushi delivery would arrive no earlier than 22.30....of course, I was completely shocked by such orders, I wonder why take so many orders if you don't have time to process them, and most importantly, you don't even warn customers that you can't handle it, but the most interesting thing is that I didn't wait for my order and at 22.30, as a result, no one brought anything, in general, if you want to spoil your evening, you can contact this sushi canteen, where no one cares about efficiency and attitude towards the client....I am very disappointed, I will never contact this dry delivery company again.
