An order was placed (by delivery) at 13:30-14:00
The courier arrived at 13:05 and started being rude on the phone, why they didn't open it for him!
The mood was already ruined.
The order was incomplete, one of the sauces was not put in.
But that's not all.
There was only rice in the dries, no filling was felt, BUT that's not all.
A white stone was found in one of the products, while calling support, they said "now I'll find out from the management what to do with it and I'll call you back", respectively, no one called anyone back.
We ordered 2 sets, one for the evening, which I paid with a card on the website and wanted to cancel accordingly, to which they told me "we have problems with this now, if you don't return the money in 3-5 days, call us, we will think about how to refund you"
P.S Two weeks later they did not return the money, every time they say to wait a little longer, "if they don't come this time, we will give money from the cash register"
After talking with the management, it became clear that no one had called them about low-quality products!

They started calling at 23:00, no one answered the phone. No one called that the courier would be late or would arrive at all. As a result, at 23:21 the doorbell rang. The courier came in. When asked why everything was in one place, the courier said that as soon as the order was given to him, he went... As a result, everything is cold, the evening is ruined. When they were on Brest, there was no such ***. Last time, the wrong order was delivered, the courier went 2 times and brought the wrong thing, another courier already arrived 3 times and delivered what was missing. If you want to spoil your evening, order it.
