I visited this institution on 21.10.23. A disgusting place, I will not advise anyone, the kitchen is disgusting, it is very stuffy in the room, and at the end, when calculating, the waiter did not give all the change, when we made a remark to her, the answer was allegedly you are drunk and can't count correctly, but when we demanded to call the police, and watch the video from the cameras, it turned OUT THAT IN FACT SHE MADE A MISTAKE AND DID NOT GIVE ALL THE CHANGE. Be careful when visiting this institution, and whether it is worth visiting it at all.

It's a disgusting place. It was the first time I visited such a "collective farm". The service is at level "0". Let me explain. On the day when we visited this institution with a large company, 2 employees worked, I do not know the names, because they do not wear badges. They behave so matter-of-factly, as if they are not the maintenance staff, but 2 managers.. 😅🫣 It looks ridiculous. We have established our own rules in this institution! I.e., the proper Client-Staff attitude is not even felt.
Employees constantly arrange some kind of showdown with visitors, make remarks "do not step in there; do not ask for a jacket once again; there is nothing to go back and forth; do not transfer the microphone, do not share with a friend." I noticed this with my sober view from the outside, how visitors are treated. Our company did not drink alcohol and fortunately no comments were made to us. But even we didn't like being there. In order to make a remark, the employee stops the music every time (and it happened many times) and finds out the problems publicly in front of everyone, thereby disrupting the comfort and rest of the other visitors. The question is, what did we pay for??? Well, it's completely absurd! Problem solving should take place in such a way as not to disrupt the rest of other visitors!

what I ordered was tasteless, the bread was dry. And the ice cream that I ordered is a cheap mixture that is impossible to eat, pieces of chocolate are cheap chocolate bars. Well, it's just disgusting! I don't know how you can eat it.

I think the place has gone bad. The tables are designed for large companies. If you come with a company of 4 people, then another company will be sent to you or a round table will be offered near the dance floor itself. My husband was served ordinary pieces of chicken with stale pancakes instead of a sponge with pancakes. I ordered a caesar salad, which did not contain eggs, the chicken was so dry that it was not even cut with a knife, all this was poured with ordinary mayonnaise instead of sauce. I threw one star for a guy who sings very beautifully there all the time, apparently luring people to order songs for money. But the guy really sings very beautifully!
