We ordered a stroller with delivery to the city of Mogilev, and when unpacking, we found defects - paint scratches to metal on the axles of 2 blocks, cradles, and walks. The packaging and box are intact, meaning it was not damaged during transportation, but packed with defects that the seller should have reported. In response to the claim, the seller denied her guilt, offered a discount of 50 rubles, and then said that we scratched it when unpacking, which is not true. Then, with this attitude towards customers, we decided to make a refund, and the seller said that the shipment would be at our expense. Only when they said that we would contact the consumer protection society, she agreed to a refund with shipping at her expense. And we were forced to look for another stroller, and all this time we had to sit with the child in the apartment. I sincerely DO NOT recommend the seller.

The assortment in the store is quite wide. The prices of the goods are somewhere ordinary, somewhere overpriced. Due to the lack of competition in the city, prices are often overstated. Sellers may not always be able to answer questions about their product. They don't really want to sort out any claims.
