Guys, this service is simply the best thing that has happened to me and my car in the entire history of car services!!!
I'll start with the fact that the SRT is surprising from the very beginning. A pleasant young man answered my call, who explained everything as clearly as possible and recorded it for a specific time. When I arrived at the service, I saw that the guys and the outer shell are just a top. A beautiful sign, everything is clean and tidy inside, the client's room, where everything is also on the level. My precious shaft was rejoicing that I brought him here :))
In a couple of hours, the guys fixed everything. And!!! They didn't charge me a penny of money, I didn't immediately believe that this happens. As it turned out, they are on good terms with the service where my gimbal was repaired before, and they have already made some kind of mutual settlement through their internal channels. This is what a level of honesty should be! I'm still in shock..pleasant ones, of course :))

Regarding my car, I will say the following: there was a vibration on the body, and I decided that the gimbal was to blame for my worries. I called the station beforehand, they listened to me and said that it was necessary to come to the diagnosis of the cardan. At the same time, initially, they consulted on the prices of repair services by phone + announced the prices for spare parts that might be needed during the repair. Moreover, all the spare parts that could be needed during the repair are always available at the station. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the representative of the service (Anton) said that if the car comes to their station in the morning, then by the evening they will definitely give the car in good condition.
As a result, the diagnosis of the gimbals (and I have 2 of them on the car) showed that the problem was not in them and I paid only for the diagnosis. This shows the honesty of the guys, because there was a lot to write in the report on the work performed, in the absence of the owner at the station during the work.
I almost forgot, the station gives a guarantee for half a year, regardless of mileage, plus, the station issued a discount card.

In 2018, a vibration appeared on the Toyota Rav4 car of the third generation during acceleration. During the diagnosis, two crosses were sentenced to be replaced. The information found on the Internet was saddened by the fact that the crosspieces are of a rare size and are installed without the use of locking rings. In Minsk, a number of companies offered to increase the size of the holes and install larger crosspieces. There were two options for fixing it, either to redo the already small flange for locking rings, or to weld a washer to fix it. Both options did not suit me. Further, during a search on the Internet, I found the company Cardan Service. During a conversation with the service manager on the phone, they explained to me that they would replace the crosses using the so-called core method, which does not differ from the factory one and at the same time install the crosses of the desired diameter. Having agreed on a specific day, I arrived at 30 Petrusya Brovki Street, where I easily found the right service based on the existing signboard. The work on removing the gimbal, replacing the crosspieces, balancing the gimbal and installing it on the car took no more than 2 hours, while I had the opportunity to observe the repair work from the outside. After the repair, I was given a document indicating the amount of work performed, the spare parts used, as well as their cost. The warranty was 6 months (at least 8 warranty periods have been fulfilled, and it continues to work at the present time). On the positive side, I also want to mention the manager and staff, who answered all questions in an accessible and polite manner. The service room is very clean and bright, which is very rare. All staff are dressed in overalls with a corporate logo.
05.10.2022 during the work on replacing the gearbox bearing, it was indicated that there was a slight backlash in the crosspieces, which did not affect the operation of the car. Considering that the gimbal was removed from the car, I decided to replace the crosspieces in the Gimbal Service that I already know. Having agreed by phone, today I arrived at the opening of the service at an already known address. During the diagnosis, the manager said that you can try to tighten the crosspieces a little, since they are fully working, and the gimbal will still serve. During the work carried out, which took about 30 minutes, the backlash was eliminated, and at the same time they DID NOT TAKE MONEY from me. To date, I do not know exactly what was the reason for such loyalty. It is possible that I spent on fuel for the Mogilev-Minsk road and back, it is possible that I have an order for the repair of the gimbal in 2018, or maybe the manager just had a very good mood, but I can say with full confidence that earlier with such a friendly attitude from the employees of car repair services and I have not yet encountered SUCH A LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR REGULAR CUSTOMERS.
I recommend everyone to use the services of the Cardan Service company in order to understand what a high-quality repair of a cardan is, as well as polite and attentive staff who have an excellent loyalty and discount program for their customers.
