An ordinary polyclinic, where there is a huge queue in each office. Rude nurse and doctors. For 6 years, of course, I've already gotten used to it. But it takes nerves of steel to deal with doctors. More than once, because of their negligent attitude to work, I fainted right in the clinic, more than once the quota directions were disrupted. More than once, I couldn't get treatment on time because, elementary, the doctor didn't know how to write an extract.
I am generally silent about the unorganized infrastructure. The doctors are in another wing, the laboratory is in another. It is difficult for the elderly and people with serious illnesses without guidance.
I know by myself. It is very difficult to walk between two buildings in winter.
