Today, 08/07/2023, after they punched two things at the checkout, they told us that you can choose the third one as a gift and that all products participate in the promotion. I chose a candle for 9.5 rubles. The amount came out, clearly more than it should have been. It is clear that the cheapest product comes as a gift (in my case, 7 rubles), but then the difference would be small. After reviewing the receipt and recalculating everything, I realized that all the goods had been punched, including the "gift". She returned and asked to resolve the issue. The cashier called the receptionist, who had to wait about 15 minutes. After that, we issued a refund of the candle. They said that it was a newly arrived product, and they had not yet decided whether it was participating in the promotion. An unpleasant situation and the feeling that they wanted to deceive me, but this negative review would not be here if I had heard a simple apology. Politeness is very lacking, and it could overshadow negative emotions.

08/21/2023 we visited the Kari store on Bobruiskaya str. 6,to find a second pair of shoes, that's another quest, after contacting a consultant, it did not become easier, the answer is "the second one is somewhere in the warehouse, but no one will look for it", the question is, why put the first shoe?!when paying at the checkout, the girl behaved very strangely,2 pairs of shoes were bought, a clutch and a foot spray,everything is in the receipt, there was no spray available,the package was going under the counter, it was found at home that one purchase was missing. Unfortunately, the badge with the cashier's name was not noticed, but we really hope that karma will overtake her, she cannot be so irresponsible about her work. The store is quite large, there are 0 consultants, thanks for the spoiled impression of the store. Utter disappointment!
