They refused to deal with the collapse, because allegedly the suspension is faulty and it needs to be repaired from them. I refused and demanded a registration certificate. They were in no hurry to hand over the document. Manipulations began. The director's communication culture is completely absent. They demanded 20p for not using their services. I had to pay.
In the end, it got to the point that the director started threatening me, and there was fear in his eyes. It's like I got into the 90s. I have not seen such a service yet.
After them, I went to another service station, looked at the suspension, everything is fine, made a collapse / convergence.

Idling has disappeared, according to all the symptoms, you can see and hear that the phase control valve has been ignited. I paid 35 rubles for cleaning the valve, nothing has changed, there are no blanks. (At the same time, they were at this service station before the visit). I took the car, came home, took off the valve, and it's in the wedge. No one cleaned it, blew it, supplied 12V. everything works, put it in place, the blanks are smooth. What they did and what they took the money for, only they know.

We carried out brake repair work. They gave away a car with jammed brakes and the new pads were worn off within 3 months. Work was also carried out to replace the handbrake cables, as a result, one of them jammed six months later.
